My post yesterday (Manipulation) was swamped by massive amount of diatribes-rampers v. derampers. However, because of the sensitivity of the situation EUA is in ,I think they should now put this investigation aside .The BOD have been absolutely scrupulous in all their dealings, so much so,that to show the rest of the financial world that Russia is open to trade, they appointed EUA to represent them at the Canadian world mining exhibition. So, if it is true that the Takeover Panel has approved the deal, we should let things go

If I were an Advisor to a British company with assets in Britain and wished to transfer my shares ,say to my children, I would contact the company concerning my substantial sale ,so an RNS from the company would state this specifically to avoid any market manipulation. If I were an oligarch with the Company holding assets in Russia, obviously those rules would not apply.......so the mind boggles about what really would happen, if I sold my shares and 3 minutes later my children bought them all up at half the price. Of course, I am not inferring that this has anything connected to EUA but I will start cleaning my front door handles, and refusing cups of tea from strangers.

Happy to see there was no denial of my post yesterday about keeping secret about your shares. What instigated this was my beloved 35k shares in PYC going missing between the Receivers and the S/ brokers. It only transpired when they trebled ,so she wanted to sell. They had disappeared. This was nearly 3 months ago and in spite of investigation, nothing has transpired ,so they have presumably been stolen. Bye the way, my EUA shares were severely affected by the Receivaship, as they hit 2p on the Sinosteel deal but the Receivers combined with the FCA who were there with them ,refused to sell them,in spite of the confirmation of my holdings having gone through. When they came back to me @ 0.4p 10 months later the FSCS would not give me compensation probably because I had managed to get my losses at City Equities covered. So if you think you're safe and if you think the Authorities will cover you, just think again!

Is this still the overhang of the 16.5 m shares from 8 days ago? Hell of a long time if it is.The guy wanted out for personal reasons, but all very well posting his reasons, however what about in my opinion ,an invitation to crooks to find out where that 5m cash is going. Buys again outnumbering sells. We have seen this from the beginning of December at 40p plus, but the MMS have different options- Feed their Friends! Now I am not a statistician, but would any of you guys like to add up the buys from that time against the sells. I suspect from day to day reading that the buys have it.The point being there is no logic in the movement of shares ,with AIM shares at the forefront of manipulation, with logic and research ignored.

A reasonable chance with no news at all leaking out of the NN Board Meeting. No hacking here. The MDA proposal looks massive with a possible 14 billion loan/ investment strategy. This estimation looks about right reading the news of BTOpenreach 15 billion pounds (MDA in dollars presumably).We can only hope that nearly 4 of those are buying EUA!!
