RE: Retweet from scancell on needle phobia7 Aug 2021 11:59
Has any of or more sleuth-like posters managed to find any patent applications or approvals for needle-free vaccination by Scancell? Or is it to be like a dating ad - 'Company with universal vaccine seeks like-minded enterprise with non-injected delivery system'? Whatever it is has imo to be in firm existence already, otherwise how do you secure approval for a trial? 'So, Professor Durrant, have you got the vaccine brewed and ready and a full spec sheet of what's in it?' 'Yes, all done and ready, here's the paperwork.' 'OK, thanks, and how is it to be administered? Do you have details of that?' 'No, we're not really sure, but something needle-free we thought. Not sure how we will run that one though.' 'Hey, no problem, we'll approve the trial, you make up the delivery system later as you go along.' Nah, that doesn't sound right. The needle free delivery must be in existence and those who need to know already know. NDA firmly in place I would say.
