This if you believe in what the Company and BoD tell you. So far every time they breath the SP falls, it's as if it's just Hokus Pokus. Some of us have been saying that for years.

It's your running costs or goods and services the company requires to do business. It's nothing to do with trading shares.

So cost of sales rather than a purchase or purchases of an Asset or Assets. These can rack up if you delay paying your bills or defer them by queering the bill or disputing it.

The Debt in question was transferred from Bond Holders to Share Holders.

The SP has dropped ever since so the markets still know that Echo has a large and quickly increasing traders Debt tha requires to be paid. Echo is trading at a loss even at these current prices and will continue to do so. The cost of increasing production is a costly thing so it is always pushing back any chance of turning a profit let alone paying of any of it Debts with good old fashioned cash.

There were many who joined in at poking sticks at me when I said the SP would fall to 0.019p now we are at half of that those have gone silent. 0.008p is the next marker.

I did reply earlier but it didn't make it to the board so sorry if this is a repeat.

Who would have thought that 7,500,000 Echo shares would only just cover my next holiday tab.

Time March comes around I might need another 7,500,000 for the airport parking.

I smell another placement coming 0.008 is the New Black.

It's hysterical some in here get nosebleeds when the SP goes up 0.01 of a British penny. Get a Life.

All they are doing is squeezing the last of your dosh out of you before the end of the month. They'll have targets to meet to keep them in thier posh homes.

They Other thing that makes my skin crawl is you throw another company name as an investment pitch while this SP sticks of formaldehyde but you still try to get the ill-advised hook on.

The amounts posted on here that others have lost, would turn many an eye with more than despise.

Nothing that has been written regards production and workovers can be supported. You post the production reports of a very very junior partner who's SP graph mirror's Echos so stinks of yet another Lifestyle company which helps to hold up the house of cards.

You also consistently accuse me of half truths when it it very clear Echo doesn't have any in its history at all.

You have to be part of this charade to post what you do. You show no sign of feelings for those as quoted by a fellow poster this week of 99% of his life savings.

So feel free and come back with your usual abusive retort.

The evidence is in Echo's SP record that you happily wallow in and tell all that your not out of pocket.

Read nothing into the figures. What Interoil's update means is they con5inue to post a loss. The increased production figures keep mugs buying shares only for them to be worthless. The Company will never post a profit. To hide behind the increase in production and the last 12 moths of high oil and gas prices comes big increases in the costs. Be it wages upgrades, purchase of compressors (which was meant to be a cost saving with Echo borrowing money to buy them from a partner company. Which are constantly breaking down) so costly loss of production and repairs. So the company's debt is constantly increasing.
Echo who only have 11 employees none are in the field losse production to a partner that hold 7 0r 8% of the whole shooting match!!

Do not get sucked into this dung show.

You really need to look at the production figures over several years before and during the times when Wells were being turned off / shut in. Back the echo was an Exploration company. It's appeal was striking the big one, with its production a bonus. They picked up old Wells, tricklers that turned a coin.
Then the oil price tanked, some of these Wells were making a loss so they turned the tap off.
Then the Jewel in the crown produced Coal dust. By then Echo was carrying the debt of a Premier league club.

Now the Company produces the worst collated production figures and compare out of date figures to new to make them look better. The 40% increase was used as a shinning light.

The workover program has never got going. The 3 wells figures never made public (they didn't need workovers) now debt is an issue again as well as consolidation of share.

Train wreck on repeat.

It's funny how we relate to another without really knowing them. I shared similar views with him about that treachery that goes on within this company.

Ever since the debt for credit was forced I have said the there needs to be a cash injection by way of a placement. Seems crazy due to the bonkers volume of shares in circulation.

But there is already a newly amassed amount of new debt even before the works required as well as the works on the much talked about 3 Wells. Yet again no figures published on production from them. ABZ is pointing to a partner company of single % to tell us.???

A very strange year it has been.
It kicked off at 0.53 of a penny and ended the year at 0.11 of a penny.
Throw into the mix the volume of shares both then and now and you have to wounder why some are still in their job's? Or was their remit at the time of taking the hot seat purely to get a debt to shares conversion? If it is well done MH. Anything other than that you have done nothing for the shareholders. Zip Diddly Hee Hew other than melt their savings.

Sad as it may seem I think the newly acquired used tyres of debt around Echo's neck will reappear this year as the debts racked up from this year and last need to be paid for. The clamber for reopening wells cost money even ones that don't require stimulation or unblocking. These were closed in for a reason (couldn't sell the product, cost of getting the product to market being the most probable.

This year will start will a massive sell off of shares, most likely from LO or others that invest others cash. PI's there may be a few times to jump on a rise and get out with some loose change but IMO if you don't this time next year you might have enough to buy a tank of fuel.

It's been some year and I do feel for those who still keep the faith and for those that have never told the wife how little you have left.

Looks like the next CEO has been installed into the fold. MH is now a dead man walking IMO.

MH will be gone before March. The company is very thin on the ground on the Technical / Geological side of things already This move just vastly increases it's top heavy financial side of things just after shifting a fair chunk of Debt.

What I find strange is that people still hold the faith in this BOD and company after many years (4 in Pete's case) of not taking onboard what others with a differing view have said. They still seem to throw good money after bad. I do not wish anyone to lose money on this SP totally the opposite. Just don't give these guys your money in the 1st place. Do you think that people who give advise on gambling or drinking are sad people too. I listened to the advise given to me on the Company and some of those involved many years ago. If I hadn't I would have lost 10's of thousands and may well be stuck in the same trap where the idea of averaging down is the only choice.

Do you believe that some of the BoDs buying shares will make a blind bit of difference? It would appear that LO are in the process of off loading a sizable holding (some newly converted). Any of the BoD buying now would be a futile gesture useless they take the vast majority of them.

My intention is not to gloat just post advice.
