AS you point out that was almost 5 years ago, so I would say I have a fair bit of in site into Echo and it's performance over the years. on top of my many years within the OnG industry most in the well intervention sector.
There are many other regular posters on here, The Jam tomorrow crowd that have preached 4p by the end of the week, 2p by the end of the month and a penny by the year end. Now the magic number is 0.45p.

Today with the introduction or dilution of these new shares will be very telling. Will the Bond holders cash in their shares and get some cash back or as ABZ says hold for gold? I'll stick with my 0.19p bottom value. Anything from 4p to 2p must be gold right? Go gack to the Tapi Aike days and I'm sure gold was a many multi bagger.

Did you notice while doing your research into the sad individual That Echo's SP back on the 16th Nov 2018 was 6.90 pennies and today's it is a whopping 0.23 of a penny.

Getting all personal with a worthless sad individual that was looking to invest a 5 figure sum in this SP back in late 2018 smacks of a nervous or ironic laugh .

For some this has been a waste of their life savings

What's saddest being someone like me or someone taking the time to research them then try to humiliate them like me. (i'm pretty sure you can see that didn't work)

You are one of only a few that has noticed or commented of the 10M in current trade credits. It does stand out in the figures and is something that will need to be paid for. A break even figure will be hard to work out on a portfolio of ageing wells as the maintenance costs will run erratic but costly due to more breakdowns. Again the large inflation rate will come into play here too.

I would hope that most of the 10M is costs incurred during the upgrades and not fees for consultants.

Lanc's is just frustrated, it doesn't matter if you are a holder or not both mostly post rubbish. Unlike yourself some are just blinkered and can't or don't want to see the truth.

The SP is the only real refection on how the company is doing and what others can see. It is also the only thing that has tied most into this share. They just can;t afford to get out.

I have said a few times before that closing in a well is a last resort as it carries many risks. Treat them like living things. Pressures can increase or decrease over time, Other wells in the area may have been drawing from the same reservoir or the well has chocked. They aren't using the work over rig on these, they are going for these as a quick cheap option. Echo has no hands on history of these well producing and are only going on what they have been told.
The RNS is purely to keep news flowing but they will have some initial data which they aren't telling. Remember the coal dust RNS from Fiona and what that did to the SP will they may have learnt from the past.
Another 6 weeks takes us into 2023. Good or bad you'll have to wait.

My 1st reply to your question has always been I don't think we are being told the real picture here as in what is really going on, not the debt. Secondly don't get in this position in the 1st place and lastly palliative care.

So as you say almost the end of the trading year. Dec 2021 SP was in the low 0.50p's Now here we are after a year and the SP is trading in the low 0.23p's

My Guess is that MHs Share Holder value has tanked.

Xel Sadly my main reply is now a historical one as in getting into such a large and unsustainable debt in the 1st place lands squarely with the BOD. Telling all they were cost cutting at the same time giving MH an eye watering Bonus is staggering. There are and have been some very suspect inter company trades within the partnership and lets say fee's paid.

It's taken an age to get these work overs and closed in wells done. most of these were pushed 2 or 3 years back. So they have missed the boat on the last year of high energy prices. The breath taking inflation in Argentina was wiped out the contract prices increases for the current contract price year.
Personally I don't believe in much of what they tell the markets. I think you'll find that they are running even more debt which will become the next crisis.
This is a Lifestyle company and the BH will be in on it too.

Was down in Gran Canaria weather was lovely.
On the Solar Panels side of things, I would say they are more like an add on to the battery storage system. That is a must for any household. Fill it up during the night at 7.5p per kw instead of 40p day rate per kw. The solar ticks it over at this time of year but more or less keeps it full during the summer I've not exported any as I've additional storage that I can use.
