What's the guess that its Andina PLC that is the customer that Echo has just signed the gas contract with and it's them that's injected the cash up front payment . Hence that new up and coming board member.

Ask him to explain to the market where they are with the workover program as well as the 3 wells that have been reactivated. Have they started the work overs or are we still awaiting the rig refurb? With regard the 3 wells ask why they are storing the reduced volumes and what is the reason that the product is not being sold and if it is is it in the current figures?

Ask him how much Echo has made in profit and what Echo's current break even figure is?

The 3 wells that have successfully been reactivated are being throttled back and the production is being held in local storage tanks. These wells didn't require work overs. But still no news on their flow rates. The next thing they'll say is they will need time for the wells flows to setting once they are allowed to full so they can settle, It's an on and on and on until they are almost forgotten about as the next news will be the have a workover rig on sight on another well and the focus is the moved yet again.

It's like paying your staff early in December so they have money to spend on Christmas. That means January becomes a 5 or 6 week month before their next payday.

You get it early you spend it quicker. Many's a time I've asked for a salary advance in January as well as again in February. That is the downside here.

The advance payment was the only way Echo could get a million bucks as a placement with the level of share now issued it would struggle to get a good take up. Which would see the SP sink even lower.

They need to use that cash wisely but be open about where it is being spent and not to use it on paying themselves. There is also a downside to upfront payments as it leads to lean cash flow in later months as the customer reduces its credit balance while Echos operating cost are the same or greater.

The upfront 1 million bucks was the cheapest way for Echo to raise funds. The contract price increase isn't that great so it would have been a good deal for the customer as long as Echo doesn't go paps to the air anytime soon. it would have been a good bargaining chip for them to able to hold down the price increase so a win win.

Intentionally reduced from what to what? The product is being pumped into local storage tanks? Is this because what is coming up in low grade or high grade? does it have a high water content and would contaminate the transportation pipeline?
