The idea of mixing to maximize the sell prices isn't really showing in the SP (can't say the revenue as we are in the dark on that one).

Thanks for the transcript ( I did watch it again but worth reading it too).
To me it sound very limp, as if he its trying to keep the turnover pretty much the same but only looking to sell on a high. Which is great but you have everyday costs way before you get to running and production costs that still need to be meet before and debt costs are factored in.
So your basic costs are constant (with no revenue coming in). As you produce your costs rise but at this point you should be selling and getting revenue back in.

So if you throttle back production only to cover and contracts your revenue stream is greatly reduced and it takes longer to get to cover your basic costs and the contract production costs.
Now they plan to aim for the Spot Market pricing. Sounds good but as they wait they still haven't covered their costs . Meaning when they do sell at higher prices for short orders any profit is wiped out with the outstanding running costs and as well as the production costs that still need to be covered.

So it looks like these higher spot market prices are making a good profit but in fact they are paying off the months running costs.
A lot of treading water to stop them from going under.
But it sounds good to some.

Where are the savings going? LO's Bond holding (Debt) that was converted now lies squarely on the shoulders of the Shareholders. Smart move but not for the LTHs your now carrying LO's old can.

And Still the BOD and MH are totally silent. No news about LO dumping or praise be the workovers and the 3 little pigs. What happened to the $1M upfront payment for the gas contract? or the $500K that was also due in?

The £100k cash in hand must have all but gone with last months wage bill.

How do you qualify a £10M offer?

They are trading at a lose even at the massive prices over the last year. We've had bottleneck works, replacement pipelines, new gas gens and the opening of closed in Wells. But not a bean to show for it.

So you get nothing for the future profits as there hasn't been any they are carrying how much debt? So there's a big minuse to start will which leaves the assets going forward.

£10m is a big ask aswell as taking on the debt, then you need to pay off the BODs.

I struggle with the idea of a major financial backer or the company off loading a vast amount of shares at a fire sale price is somehow going to turn the fortunes of the company around.

I do see the chance of a gamble at below 0.03p being attractive way to turn a penn but this has nothing to do with the company just the way the corrupted AIM works.

But once they've made their buck they will move to the next shambles and try to do the same again. Meanwhile echo slips further into the doodoo

I expect a holdings RNS later today that tells is that LO is out. Don't think they'll get a thanks for your service letter.

Nothing has physically change within the company.

Not a squeak about the phantom 3 Wells that were opened. My old bath must fill faster, how many weeks is that now?
The workovers have been mentioned several times over the years, not a peep.
No interest payments on a big chunk of the previous debt and no evidence of any extra cash.
This will drop to lower than before.

Someone please feel free to correct me as I'm vague on the requirements.

If this is the case we aren't being advised of any new holders reaching a required % holding. Meaning not one entity is hoovering this up unless it has not yet reached a new upper limit to triggers an RNS of it's own.
