I'm not bitter and I haven't lost a penny here. I invested the sum of a Pint and a Pie just to stop the digs about not being invested (very tongue in cheek).

I just remind some that a lot of what is posted here is hogwash. The true facts as there for all to see what the BoD say's and what they actually do nowhere close being as the same. The SP and dividends are the only true indicators that matter to PI's. Well only the SP in Echo's case. Where was it when MH took the helm and where is it now. The other thing to look at is how much cash they have burnt through during his tenure. Seems to me a Hellava lot.

So Bitter? it was a Stella.... this is a Lifestyle company plainly obvious when they put out very little information or updates, it's what they aren't telling you that should be the real worry.

Echo used to be an oil and gas exploration and production company. Since MH has arrived all he has don is sit at his desk and move paper and debt and shares around. We haven't seen one iota of any successful production or Exploration activity. Every single thing that has been mention by ways of real production activity is seen in the falling production with a whole raft of reasons. You don't know what hes going to do next and you'll be voting blind.

I hazard a guess it will be more underhanded moves which will produce nothing but his salary. As you rightly say his actions are shocking

Echo has a staff of 6 to 7 now the only fields they see are from their big houses. So contractor is all they have if at all.

Echo has not had a Cheif Operations Officer since Geoff Probert who left in Feb 2019 hand has gone on to great things.

Many Oil company's work with a staff of akin to 60% contractors that they class as staff but can drop at a hat, they will also use companies Like Interoil as a contractor on a long or short term basis as it fits.

Echo has run up a large debt with interoil which it should have being paying 7 or 8% to but haven't as that cash wasn't there. So here's the deal which is the one Echo is trying to run with if.

To pay off their In Country Debts ( Interoil being one) they have come up with this Sh*steer)

The fart Well that was drilled but still awaits testing in I think was CL The much hailed descovery that ended up being coal dust at best. Money spent by the bucket load on Systemic ground tests, In field pipe upgrades. Bottleneck works. The purchase of Gas pumps and the the cost of the repair of these said same pumps. All gutters if even believed in the 1st place.

Echo has released many RNS before where they never do what they have written. I know an RNS is a legal document but for Echo it's used as a dream charm.
