Which side sparked this off? There is a third party whom might be key here the BH that hasn't been offered the shares for Debt or isn't interested in it. The intended introduction of an unsightly amount of new shares can only be a poke in the eye to them as well as every other SH.

What continues is MH and SP and the BOD still suckle from this wasted cow.

It is really a shocking what is going on here.

They are wiping the slate clean, so all those that have invested before you are being swept under the carpet.

Then finally the BH vote which requires 3 weeks notice. The timing for this you would think is after the accounts have been looked over by the BH.

Poor young madeitup doesn't know of the earths wobble of the cost of exporting gas to the UK from Argentina or how a price Cap in the UK has the slightest influence of of what Echo sells it's gas in Argentina. a far chunk of which is under contract pricing.

Anyways my cost of power from the UK grid is 6p so far today. out with the daily standing charge of a whopping 50p p/d

Another sizable buy/sell today, one must sell for the other to buy. But a change of hands of a chunk of shares at the lowest end the SP. 2nd such chunky transaction if a short time. so someone is hoovering or harvesting shares.

Both sides have their views. As I said before we will see some large shares being sold/bought in chunks (for me they are sells) I may have gotten the timing wrong with late in the day. It maybe when the number of shares bought or sold reach a point as it's made up of many transactions is reached that it's released. The number of trades have fallen greatly which means that holds true.

ABZ the ref was Echo owned it's own rig. same as some very grey clouds between "the company and the/a join venture. Very similar to the gas gen sets and the gas compressors come to that.

Not not correct ABZ I did buy a small about hoping it would quell the constant jibs so I could say I was a shareholder in Echo but then by AH amount was too small , so no matter that I was then a shareholder I still got the same flack.

So again you are incorrect.

They onces that already hooked will see this as a way to average down, but they are also throwing good money after bad.

There will still be a sizable chunk of debt there with the added carrot that this is more manageable to reduce or pay off. These gut don't care if they bleed you dry after all they see it as their money.

MH talked about shareholder value we that has surely kicked everyone with an average of more than .45p right in the slats.

I see it as the only way a BH will be able to get out with some cash. need to remember the last 2 BH refinance took 2 votes and wasn't fully backed.

Time will tell it will be a interesting vote as well as the month or 2 after to see how this goes.
