I biggest threat to those running a lifestyle company is not the shareholders but is the TAX man. One of the very few that can jail you for what your doing. That's only when you fail and your left with a TAX bill.
You'll never pay any tax on profit as the company will never make a profit.
Many reasons why but you just keep saying running costs, breakdown costs bottlenecks. Sure way of putting figures onto a balance sheet and leaching money out. Now if your zero TAX rates even better. That keeps your dealings away from the VAT man too.

I thought I'd better post today as I'm always accused of only posting on Red Days.

It's how you read it. Echo which is on its bones of its artichoke, has a partner that holds 8% an change on some of its ventures. This partner struggles to cover 2/3 or a share issue and this is better news than no news from Echo?
The moneys raised from this sale were going to be used on many things on their future strategies. Funding and increase into Echos ventures being one of many.
So they raised £1.6m to cover a multitude of areas in the future strategies. Which as I have said before mirror Echo's past play book.

If MH pulls a finger out of which ever hole as is suggested I fear this SP May get to as low as 0.19p by end of August.

Mr Sen Marsbar buy 200£k share in a repeating valley sound. The company doesn't rely exist its paper company. But now they news new carpets. They bring on ABZ carpets and they dwell 200k of carpets Mrs Marathonbar owns ABZ carpets. Washy washy cleanly cleanly.

The company is and has been for a while exposed as a sham.

The pandemic has brought its demise more prominently to the fore. Things that they could bubble along with while producing reasons to leach money out of the company by saying this in the long term will save us money. What horlicks money goes out the oops what we've bought has broken , we need to fix it as a big cost. Again more money leechs out. But we're still paying for it as we took out a loan to buy it. Saying that the cost over the 3 year loan saved us money... Nope who do we get it to fix the thing that's broken? Shudder to think its the company we bought it from or a partner company.

This is how easy it is for JP and MH to suck their wages out of companies.

Shudder to think that the wells, pumps pipelines only exist on paper.

I'm not sure the the Independent experts valuation has been released for acquiring the other 21.odds% they are looking to take on.
I think they are offering both shares as well as cash again I don't know what split they are offering.

The current share issue covers a couple of aspects of their growth strategy.

Looks like a rallying call as may be struggling to fill the remaining shares on offer.

Their Sp hasn't down well over the last few months either.
But have to admit they are light years better at comms.

The rapid rise in the oil and gas prices have caught their sham out.

They are getting paid for turning a coin (PI's Money) into their own wages.

Now with the prices being what they are they are struggling to come up with any reasons why this SP isn't flying and they are racking in the money. So they just go stoom and say nothing. Any company that was/is producing oil and gas should be making a killing.

ABZ didn't you say not that long ago that MH was playing a blinder by not producing and selling more because you thought he was holding out for a better price?

Next years AGM and accounts will be delayed because of Monkey Pox and the travel chaos which restricted the phantom workovers and any other reason that may come up.

The next BoD meeting will be held in the Maldives on the 1st 4 weeks of August where the vote on BoD allowances will be taken.

Free cash?

I don't think MH has gone off the solar idea as quickly as the last deal fell flat. There will others that will come along and leach more cash out of the company.

Oops and RNS that'll be another 5% wiped off the SP
