Producers trying their hardest at getting the prices back above the new norm of $100 p/b But Echo struggles for air....

The usual Echoteers are almost muted as the company is about to be "unshackled from it's debt" ... well historical anyways. It's putting the beef on quicker than I, loads of new debt like Klinon's Jim.

Maiditup get of these other groups your paid on and spread your wisdom. No need to worry about ABZ he's shelved his thoughts for the next couple of years.

I'm pretty sure it's having a massive effect on the Argentine economy and the cost of living over there. The locals aren't being paid in USD's

The Argentine inflation rate for September is withing tiptoes of 80% at 78.5% so again the contract prices that were hyped as being great news will now be generating next too not a lot. Easy to see why Echo is producing at a loss.

As pointed out on other boards they just can't seem to get a handle on accumulating even greater debt. They may think the debt for shares gives them a bigger bucket to bale with, but the water is still raising and fast.

UTI like in here I can only advise. There are many many many support lines long before those that can take up arms.

But it is very much like here, One of a few's egos and greed robs greed robs many of everything they have. The ones that back them and show their support drink from the same puddle.

The markets will soon be awash with echo shares. The Bondholders will get what they are owed and some. The fact that some of the debt has been reduced and this frees Echo is codswallop. It's like giving the self employed a day off.

UTI I'm still here, I did lose a very dear four legged one last weekend hence the absence.

There's not been much to add over the last week either really. Today's RNS doesn't seem to have much relevance on the grand scheme of things as if the vote passes then their holding will drop back below the required % of volume as I see it.

If the share swap goes through I can't see the SP recovering to any great level for a long time (any great level being close to 0.45p)

ABZ do you remember that god awful twitter photo of a gas compressor electric motor with its winding's smothered in paint. Electric motor on that one for sure but they didn't just buy one gas compressor.

They are now replacing the genset's that provide electrical power to power the gas compressors where they can use field gas to power them to provide power for the gas generators. Also they are hiring these is so they don't have to pay for costly repairs to the replace electrical generators.

You take your car to the garage and they overhaul the engine only to find that the battery and the alternator need replacing too.

basically tired field with equally tired infrastructure. so it's not just the Debt that's restricting any profit it's also the cost of getting stuff out of the hole and to market.

Yes we can read ABZ and we've been reading about broken gas compressors since echo told us they were buy them to save the company money. They have been plagued with costly problems ever since.

We have also read over the past few years been told about workovers and reopening many wells. You have to admit when it comes to anything to do with echo one can never believe what one reads.

Pretty similar to August last year with 2171 & 344

Clearly the plus 40% is taking it's time.

I think the saying is the market can make a buck out of any share....

They can repackage any dead stock in with higher grade stock that they have on their books and call it some fund or another.

So you are using the fog of Covid I get that.

And the 10 million hit for TA as well in the figures that were last years. Glossed over with a big helping of the bond restructuring of proposal of 2022 which blended well into the poor late figures (ABZ expected).

So as ABZ have to wait another year for any great change

This board has been very muted it the results in general which I find a little odd.

There is a saying of it's a good day to burying bad news, which may have worked in Echo's favor or are you guys still picking the bones out of it?

What is Echo's current full debt holding? Again I'm pretty sure that 20 m EUR bond isn't its full debt. SO how the F am I lying?

Downer please remind us who are the BH's of the 20m EUR bonds in question and what % they hold of the said Bonds. Are there more loan bonds other than this 20m EUR one in question?

Other than the Bond Loan notes what is the value of the other debt. Please exclude the other proposed shares buy way of exchange for fees and the likes as mentioned in the previous RNS.

I'm a grandfather so there are a limited number of grown ups older than I that I can talk too

The threat from the BH hasn't gone and we still haven#t seen the year end figures yet. The 50% mentioned in the RNS isn't 50% of the full debt currently held it is a fair bit less. I get the feeling it's less than MH was hoping for or was leading us to believe but it's still a chunk.

The SP didn't react so I think there is some head scratching going on. Maybe there was a hope of the SP rising after the 1st announcement of the debt for shares with the price of 0.45p leaving a bitter taste hence what appears as a reduction in the value of debt being converted.

Again just my thoughts
