Very rare that this is a good thing, especially with a company with a stranded asset ! He still gets paid his exorbitant wage at our expense ! He has just sucked all his share holders in for another 5 years of nothing and his wage is still good !

They have diluted ~30% to pay Sams wages. They have given us what they could to be fair, but this stems from the disasters of previous years and being over paid.

The UK GOV could still have a word and point them to FI for some Tax breaks etc. Its in the UK GOVs interest for FI to produce this.
