Yes, I have seen that before. The thing is, if this is such a money spinner and great chance, then why has nobody taken it yet? There is still no money and its not silly to start to get concerned about this, in the quickly rising interest rate economy we are currently living in. If they couldn't get the money with record low interest rates, it wont be easier now will it.
