Why thank you, Ovets, but 40p would be enough for me and the plans I have for a property. If it does reach there I will of course re-evaluate the situation at the that point or near that point, but I don't have forever. To reach top value for this could take a decade, I'm not hanging around that long. Some of us might even be dead by then.
