Yes, I admit there is a certain amount of just plain frustration that my buy 92p was the most stupid thing I ever did. I believed strongly at that time, couldn't believe it had dropped below 100p , thought I got a bargain. Yes, I was up for this at one point. Sadly, the isolation of the FI has cost us here, finds of any note in the North Sea discovered in 2010 are already producing , RKH/PMO haven't even cut a single piece of sheet metal for a rig etc for this project.

I have only wondered today, what is the likelyhood of some sly dog going to FIG and telling them to bin PMO/RKH if they dont have a plan by 2019 and then getting the SL acreage without having to offer PMO/RKH anything ?

Sea Lion is going to be a very important barometer for the Off Shore Oil industry, especially with small explorers like RKH. If this fails then it sets a precedent - 1 billion barrels isn't enough in medium waters when there isn't much infrastructure, the death of the small explorer is the result in most cases.

1billion barrel field with a sister that I personally am sure is x2 , maybe even X3 OIP and still so slow ..............

This whole adventure should be a lesson for everyone, even if you find 1 billion barrels of oil, you aren't guaranteed to make 1p from it. Hopefully some will the follow the RKH disaster and not lose money by supporting further tiny start up wildcat drilling companies.

OK so FID doesn't go through, you go to the AGM and throw various vegetables at the BOD for 1 afternoon. The next days, weeks, months they are still getting a shed load of money in wages! They dont really care what you think of them.
