Despite the excitement here in the light of $85 Oil. I still think PMO would rather be making the FID end of 2019, not 2018. They are still held down by debt.

What are the chances of it being pushed to 2019, all it takes is to agree with FIG and then issue an RNS ?

Personally I have never Premier’s appetite for Sealion, I have questioned their ability to carry out the funding.

I still think they would much prefer another 12-18 months to shave off some more debt before getting into SL I still think a partner would be better too.

Thats not really the trend at all. The US shale cant replace the lack of investment in traditional extractions. The trend was more recently shale companies going bust........

Ok so it was the transition to film from a console game, they dont always do well and alot have flopped, thats why the valuation was low at the time. The fact you did ok is because you gambled, nothing more. The next generation of consoles also would have an impact, they can fop too

Tomb Raider was unknown back then and 32 bit consoles were only just kicking off. Oil is a well known commodity, not a cutting edge and new video game first entering the market.

Bargains don't get left. The current SP is giving some value for SL, without it this is worth 10p. Its concerning that the market isn't buying into this funding package.
