Rather simplistic but so it seems to be - in the short term it obviously fundamentally remains a question of time. Whether cruise lines will be able to sail this year, with ports open to them, and under whatever new health regime exists on ships and welcoming territories concerned. If Carnival can start to sail, though profit will be elusive, things will be going in the right direction, and the price with it from wherever it has found itself. If not, then the squeeze will return. And in the meantime I suspect investors will look at lockdown lifting for a lead, though from a health perspective, as leisure companies with particular potential for disease spread, I cannot see them as being other than late candidates for release, and they will very likely have more hurdles to clear than other businesses.
