Agreed - not had Level 2 UK before but it is free on OTC and so shows some insight for anyone that has not seen it before.

Currently BID is 135 x 130 and ASK is 136 @ 78033 before 137 so need to shift some with one MM sat on 73100 of those.

If we get listed on NASDAQ and BTC continues to climb to 60k+ I think £3 may be conservative. I am not ramping nor setting a price but NASDAQ alone would cause a large re-rate without BTC climbing if you compare to RIOT and MARA.

We opened on Monday at 75p - now £1 (lets see where we close) - we will take that in a week as a recovery after some excellent results. Yes, I think we are now undervalued and we will realise the full value in time.

BTC to 40k+ over weekend will set up next week nicely.

Agreed - remember in one of the recent Q&As that PW said the OTC application process started in October - just checked and there was no RNS in October on the subject. So they may well be on with it.

LB - i just think the BOD see BTC raising significantly over the coming months (as we do I think) and so the raise and ZCASH revenue can sustain operations without the need to sell any. I am sure there will be a time when selling resumes but the value of the company is also based around its assets - not just the cash in bank - so crypto in HODL is something to value against.

If we are looking towards a dividend (i would prefer not this year - just get more BTC) then they would need to sell to pay it but at the moment they will just hold an appreciating asset i think.

Shall we use this thread for open debate rather than a false header.

Personally, it may speed up Nasdaq listing but this could all be a moot point in a few weeks if BTC goes on a run and extra machines come on line and we could be above $2 after Feb results (only 28 days!) so personally I would wait rather than occupy the company with another action.

Let them concentrate on mining, completing the data centre acquisition, pushing the PR in the US with the new firm and let the SP do what it wants - MMs cannot just hold a price down - if there is demand it will rise as they are obliged to maintain a liquid market and will up the price if they cannot collect shares by moving it down. As profit takers move on they will have to move it up to meet demand of buyers.

Personally would like to see a steady SP rise by US in to our close with BTC sticking where it is and then let it go higher into the night coupled with US. We always seem to do better when the increases in US and BTC happen out of hours.

I am now more interested in Feb results than ever for the following reasons:

1. BTC bought - obviously the upward trend makes it a better place to store the cash they have raised
2. Have they reserved enough cash (along with ZCASH revenue in Feb) to pay all running costs and therefore HODL 100% of Feb Mined
3. Extra machines online throughout Feb - could we see 100+ end of feb
4. DC purchase completed soon - should increase margin further?

All this excludes BTC rising further in the month, Saylor exciting institutions and of course Mr Musks twitter account.

Exciting times for sure.

Will be waking up and checking Binance before 8am. I had already accepted that we would drop to 75p - 80p tomorrow on the back of the US close and Bitcoin over the weekend - maybe he can give Bitcoin a nudge back up with his comments.

@jayblu. Sorry catching up with the chat. Has there been problems buying the shares in the US? Is this potentially part of the reason for the late fall in US if some were only able to sell? Can’t keep scrolling back in the phone so just wondered what I had missed?

As I am not looking to sell today (or next week) it was more an observation that we are in recovery and if BTC holds we are on the way back up and I think that until we get to SETS or NASDAQ we will need to tolerate this. I expected a higher finish but hey ho.

Can we all relax? What a great day. We have gone up 22% today on the back of BTC recovery and excellent RNS and everyone wants the SP to double. After what has been a tough week with a lot of warrants / placing news and BTC falling the news that has affected the SP is now hopefully behind us and we look forward to an update on Wed re operations (I am happy with 90+ BTC and all HODL by funding operations from warrants / cash raise.)

Conference has had weight added by Elon Musk and it wouldnt surprise me if there was more news next week.

Once US closes to see if there is a potential gap up turn off, dont watch Binance all weekend, you cant do anything about it and look Monday morning.

US closed last night @ $1.13 = 82p
Riot and Mara up c.20% pre-open takes $1.13 to $1.36
ARB have issued RNS, which whilst expected, will attract additional investors / more buying +5%? $1.43
Not taking in to account Elon as I have factored that with Riot - but may go higher as they wake up.

So if BTC can hold between 36.5 and 37.5 that's my 16:30 prediction - there - I never make them so may be wrong but I think we may well close at about £1.06 ..... difficult to work today .... these are the days I hope we all invest for (and BTC doesnt crash to $30k before 14:30!!)

Elon is like a silent assassin with his tweets, like a passive version of the reddit crowd! DOGE +200% - I doubt he can do that to BTC today though ...

BTC showing its ability to rally and $30k definately feels like a bottom now so continuous consolidation is good 32 - 34 overnight was a good result also)

RIOT up 12% post close after a 12% in session rise.

Unless BTC retraces back down to 30k by 14:30 I dont see how US will not open further up and push us on.

What is PW says, it's going to be an interesting Month? I think he meant year, but February will be exciting one way or the other. Most exciting investment I have had since I started sharedealing in March last year (killed the boredom of lockdown).
