I believe it is a single form for either a placing or an IPO offer on Primary Bid. If it were a placing then you may be a shareholder already. However none of us are of Cellular at the moment.

Good to see BTC creeping up before US open - hopefully we hold above $51k and head to ATH in to their close to get a rush of buying in. Be awesome if it then broke $52k over night.

So admission time ... i took out my original stake yesterday ... thought it was a sensible thing to do and did it with no where else to put it as things stand, I have put it back in today and lost about 800 shares as a result. Annoyed with myself even though my average was £1. Must learn more discipline - back to sitting on my hands and waiting for Nasdaq as I originally planned. I had a £2.50 target also and was trying to be disciplined.

We haven't seen this gap up typically mainly due to the volatility of pink sheets. Now on stocktwits which is good but does anyone have any knowledge on a potential uplist to OTCQB and time frames?

We are currently sat at $3.30 compared to US close of $2.72 on Friday. BTC at $49k.

I have no doubt there may be a little bit of profit taking in the US on open if it equalises to $3.10+ but that is fine as the shares move to new sticky hands over there. Stocktwits over 12,000 followers and a lot of new names. Hopefully they will drive us higher but I do expect a little sell of - we have had it here but it has been supported by buying.

Lets see.

New machines delivered / online gets my vote LB - the last batch was RNSd and it would be good as it would support todays rise so hopefully AM will provide us with that and if BTC holds at 48k+ we should have another good day tomorrow.

Not sure we will go to OTCQX - possibly straight to Nasdaq and cut out the middle man.

You can trade US equities in equiniti but you need to fill in the SEC form for tax purposes.

Also - on the NASDAQ there will be automatic buys (demand) into various tracking funds on entry.

Yep - you are right. Leave the cash in the bank doing nothing or back your industry and buy an asset last month for $35k-$40k that is now worth $47k and on an upwards trajectory.

Agreed - it could drop to nothing very quickly. CLP may have some Antminers but they are not mining and they have two legal claims that could be good or could be nothing. I personally would not consider it an investment with sound fundamentals - more a punt with some spare profit if you want a bit of fun.

Yep - you can then move across once you have them but they need to go in a dealing account.

Similar balance for me. 65 / 32 (and 3% in CLP for a bit of fun).

I like KR1 - feels like AQUIS is now an advantage to be able to get in. Even if it doesnt go LSE, if it goes OTCQB like ARB did then we will be a very good place. Got to get off the Grey Market on the PNKs though as too many Jordan Belforts selling it for as much as they can. OTCQB would being more orderly supply and demand to the share.

@SprinterScare - you can apply for as much as you want on Primary Bid ... you just have to change to £100 to the amount you want to invest .................. please tell me you are joking / winding the board up.

You cannot buy via HL - PrimaryBid only as an IPO - details in the thread

It is a bit of a punt and bit of fun (like my Argo Mug) - so just put £1500 in - see what happens - ARB profits more than make up for it if it does not work out.
