My page one of comments this morning consisted of 21 green boxes and 4 other posts, three of which related to the troll! Unreadable at the moment, hopefully LSE will remove him like the last time he surfaced.

Okehurst - good points and I am sure you will agree he only has himself to blame.

The 280k he bought were a reluctant purchase when the ‘noise’ became too much for him not to acquire some stock but he was definitely never going to add to it.

He was just happy to draw his inflated salary and use the company as a vehicle for his own egotistical aims. The options never figured in his plan - the lack of communication, never ending NDA and poor product launches confirm this. Shareholders were a nuisance and he simply treated them with contempt.

I will definitely not miss him, it’s reset time for the company and a chance to lay the ghost of Ashman - I just hope that hie hasn’t killed off the company via his poor management. The investigation will provide clarity and hopefully not be too damaging if that is possible given the carnage of this last week.

Afraid so Bazza - wondered when he would turn up, filtered together with a few more of our recent ‘posters’.

MD was more than happy to acquire 50m shares and 20% of the company via mainly unknown trades whilst the shares barely moved - caveat emptor?

Invested but only drop in now and then…….after today, I know why. If these posters are human then they must lead very sad lives.

Toyin - have to say that was a very succinct and considered reply to Beluga. Unfortunately, don’t think I qualify for the ‘not old’ category but have been here since pre 2020 , so have the t shirt and badge for longevity and patience which as I suspect with you is wearing pretty thin now. I have a number of the recent investors on ‘filter’ - as with you, I’m here for Croda and if it ever comes good and the share price reflects this I will be out.

I share your frustration with how the business is developing - Axis is without doubt a great product but it needs marketing correctly.

With research effectively shelved for the time being, I think it’s an appropriate time to replace Ashman- Croda is up and running and I just don’t see what value he adds - we’ve been ‘talking’ to MNs about various deals but nothing ever comes to fruition. At £365k pa we need a dynamic CEO, one who understands how to market and showcase our products and frankly Ashman does not fit any of these categories. Fair play to him for brokering the Croda deal but his petulance which feeds in to the abysmal communication leads me to believe shareholders deserve better and quickly.

Thomas - disappointing definitely, but long suffering shareholders also have to take in to account that he also believes he is doing an exceptional job…..

Rob - two telling SBTX phrases in your comment -‘hopefully’ and ‘give them time’.

Been here seven years and counting. Ashman loves being given time, £25k a month is the reward to him when we do so….time for him to deliver on the share price now and quickly.

OSD - I only drop in here now to check for the ‘red dot’.

Only occasionally check the posts because of the repeated drivel posted by certain individuals - it is their prerogative to have their opinion but droning on ad nauseam with the same relentless content is just….boring. If you hate the CEO, question the worth of the science and have little confidence a deal will be done then FFS get a life, move on and give genuine investors a break.

On the other hand if you’re prepared to invest at 5p a share then have to question your motives, notwithstanding there was ample opportunity for you to buy at this level previously.

Bazza - late reported trade, another 1m shares added by someone, wonder who that can be? If it’s who I think it is we must be due a TR1 very shortly.

Jansy - well said, this is not disruption, you are well invested and as a shareholder have every right to ask the difficult questions. Unfortunately, the company only like answering the easy ones where there is unlikely to be a challenge.

Bazza - agree with you, no need to go in to detail about your personal holding/history. Suffice to say you have been around here long enough for your patience to be sorely tested.

Most charts only detail the last 5 years share price. Maybe the new posters don’t realise that approximately six years ago the price dropped to 5p (not the ipo) and if you bought heavily at that stage (and had the resilience to stay the course) would still have (almost) tripled your investment even today.

For me, for what it’s worth I sold in to the wave when the price was on its way to 80p and made a nice return - I still hold a reasonable amount of shares but my only regret was not selling the lot when I had the opportunity at around .83p. Now I’m with Jansy on the FOMO which keeps me holding but it doesn’t mean I’m happy with the course the directors are taking.

We now have to look and hope for some positive movement in the share price in Q1 2026 but in the meantime I wish everyone (that is ALL holders) a merry Christmas.

I just refuse to believe that anyone who has a significant holding in this company can be happy with what is happening at the moment - to call the board and directors incompetent would be almost a compliment to them.

I’ve revoted and abstained - I don’t think I can verbalise my thoughts on this company at the moment, suffice to say it’s a circus and we all know what you get with a circus…..🤡🤡

Jansy - I’m with you on this - delivery of promises is the key this time, no more excuses.

If memory serves me right, in 2019 there were 157m shares in issue - today we have in excess of 258m and a price of just over .13p so definitely time we saw results and action to improve this both substantially and quickly.

The constant with this company from a long term holder perspective is it’s always ‘another three months’ - we now await 6 months figures in March 2026 and of course Ashman is trumpeting an excellent start to this financial year (yet more jam tomorrow) but his forecasts don’t confirm that - come March it will be await the full year figures and the merry go round goes on and on.

Frankly, you could give this guy the most perfect business scenario and situation and he’d still f@ck it up - he continues to preside over shareholder value destruction and as you say, the buck stops with him. The latest debacle is entirely of his own making and we the lth’s bear the cost again - he has to go now.

It’s opening the door for Rock Nominees to buy even more at bargain basement prices - what is Dixon’s end game, because I must confess I’d be worried if I’d invested at his level with the current state of this company?

I don’t blame anyone for selling, patience is a virtue but hell we all have a breaking point and a lot of investors have reached theirs.

Strange that there wasn’t a question about his salary and the lack of the promised 20% reduction in the Proactive interview - oh wait though, Ashman set the questions but still managed to look thoroughly uncomfortable answering them.

Perhaps we could ask about it at the AGM - then again you’ve got to get there for 9am between Christmas and New Year somewhere just south of Newcastle….

OK what about the Investor Management Meet in January - nah, he moaned about too many questions last time so didn’t bother answering them and then went on a six month radio silence……

Whackery - he’s been asked numerous times why he hasn’t purchased more shares - if memory serves me right, he was practically shamed in to buying the pathetic number he currently holds. He did say earlier this year that he ‘would buy as soon as practically possible’ or similar words. Despite this, as per usual it was just 🐂💩. The guy apparently lives in a 24/7/365 closed period precluding him from buying shares. Instead, he continues to draw his unjustified salary whilst destroying shareholder value.

Net - think you’ve answered your own questions, it’s pure guesswork. I think you can discount Superdrug, what level of sales do you think we have achieved in the two months since the delayed launch - very little I would guess and if it’s anything like Axis I don’t see this being a factor going forward if we are going to be on the bottom shelf over the two year agreement? It’s got to be all down to Croda and Zenakine but again it’s guesswork and even with the y/e figures are we still going to be left guessing if Ashman leans on his never ending NDA.

The whole company stinks at the moment and unless we get clear communication shortly I’m beginning to think this is not going to end well for pi’s.
