@leejohn did you buy back in? Your post of the 20th April 16 says you sold the lot due to sleepless nights. What I don't understand about the kenner/wneff is looking at all his previous posts including other companies, they are (nearly) all negative towards the BoD and other shareholders who post. If this is the case, then why buy shares in the first place? It's not compulsory. In CRV's case if you don't believe in the BoD, then at the moment there is very little reason to hold. But the LTHs stay in because they see substantial sums of money being put into the Company at what was a premium to the SP. Now we expect to move to the main market and attract investments up to 10 times our current size. Therefore I see virtually no downside, but considerable upside, hence why I'm prepared to ride along. I plan to be there on the 20th July @ 2pm at the registered office. Hoping to put faces to names and no doubt vice versa. I am presuming that, subject to which stockbroker one uses, CRV shares can continue to be traded online and the move across will be seamless? I use Jarvis, linked to this site. I occasionally have to chase them to list/trade new issues, but another stock of mine moved to ISDX in March and there was no change. I must say I have a very good feeling about the future of CRV as we appear to have attracted some experienced investors and are looking to significantly upscale our business. Also the two small(!) fund raising placings look to have been to let mates in, so whatever is going to happen must be pretty certain. R

I just bottled out at £16.13 as I agree the markets are volatile and therefore one is effectively gambling at the moment if trading. Also the rises over the last couple of days may be traders squaring their positions prior to 30th June and also end of Q2 H1. Having said that I still think WIZZ is a great investment stock, and the June traffic figures will be good, but my experience suggests even so the price will dip, so I'm trading at the moment and holding cash. R

I'm back in at £14.63. Completely agree that at 35% down on our peak of £19,95 last Monday this does look very oversold. Could bounce very nicely in the run up to the June traffic statistics, but there again we could see another ruck in the FTSE250, but of all the low cost airlines Wizz offers the best growth opportunities in my view. R

Interesting comments anon3 and JNix. Thanks for sharing. I sold out just before the rise to the new high before the vote. Wasn't happy but now it proved to be a good decision. I like this company very much, and see much potential, especially if Ryanair and EasyJet find their central European operations are boycotted by Europeans. However I feel the drop in price is unjustified and I think we all agree the markets at the moment haven't got a clue about the future. What Wizz needs to do as a matter of urgency is to get a listing in Frankfurt as they will be better understood in Europe. Meanwhile my finger will from time to time hover over the buy button especially just before the monthly traffic figures are announced.

The plans make sense bearing in mind our international investments, and one can sympathise with the potential large investors that AIM, through its total lack of effective regulation is not a suitable market to provide liquidity for their investment. Timing of course is unfortunate as one could be forgiven for thinking this was triggered by Brexit, but we know the preparation has been going on for months. R

Today's two trades are a tad under 500K shares. I wonder if the 500K buyer is back? I was quoted 1.05p to buy £6K of shares, 1.00p for £1K and 0.955p to sell £1K. Karina I think option 2) and as flagged up the other day IMHO one more placing to come so the buyer(s) haven't yet finished. R

HI TC hope you are well and thanks for your reply. I am now so cynical about the claims and counter claims on both sides that they don't influence me. My view on your specific point is that Leave has stated that they would spend much of the (supposed) saving gained from exiting the EU on the NHS. As the elderly are by far the largest consumer of NHS services, and are the age group most likely to overwhelmingly support Leave, clearly a good political move by Leave. To counter it, Remain points out to the same group that if exit means a huge hole appears in our national finances then the triple lock might become unaffordable. As my wife and I collectively have now to wait 8 years longer for our state pensions, than we were promised, due to economic failure by both Tory and Labour government, I don't feel Remain is being unreasonable. draft - with 1,349,781,519 ordinary shares my maths suggests a c. £13M MC as of this morning. I suspect we may yet see one more placing to bring the total to £10M cash raised. After that we might get some(good) news. What do CRVers think the FTSE will close at on Friday? I fear 5,000 but would be delighted to see 7,000. Friends say it won't change significantly as the market has already called it right i.e. remain. Thoughts? R

@ Mulder you make good points especially how difficult it would be for the Institutions to back a cash bid at a price lower than their entry price, unless they see PLND as a bit of a basket case. A (part) share offer, would at least allow them to roll some of their losses into the acquisition. However I have no idea if Steinhoff is a listed company. The SP has hardly moved since the offer was announced which suggests the markets are doubtful about the conclusion. Steinhoff might not want to miss out yet again, but also they might not wish to overpay. Very mixed messages coming from the high street and the next couple of weeks will see some life changing decisions made. I took my profits yesterday but may buy back in, PLND is still one of three shares I think could add +25%. GLA DYOR R

Not sure I buy into "jurisdictions" being that significant, but MP is clearly signaling that some investments are going to happen within the next few months because 1) they have the funds, and 2) they have extremely attractive opportunities. Whilst the weekend research is gratefully received and thanks for sharing, the CRV parcel still seems to be wrapped up tight under many layers of paper. I hope there is a steady stream of RNSs, in fact it would be a bit strange if they now dried up... R

@scargs IMHO a buy. That's because Peel Hunt lowered the ask to .95 to disguise the buy as a sell. At the same time my dummy buys moved from 0.935 to 0.965 whilst the Ask dropped from 1.0 to 0.95. Clear market manipulation in my view but whether Peel Hunt is breaking the rules I don't know. So it appears Peel Hunt wants us to believe buys are sells, presumably to trick PIs into selling before the big rise.... Some say share trading manipulation is the next PPI scandal. I jolly well hope so! Richard

@0308966 very interesting that you raised the same subject independently more or less at the same time. According to Level 2 Peel Hunt is offering to buy 150,000 shares at 1.00. I just did a dummy sell for the same amount and was offered 0.935 some 6.5% less. I was heavily involved in the London Stock Exchange at the time of Big Bang in 1986, and Best Execution was one of the defining rules. It would appear this is no longer the case as Peel Hunt isn't prepared to buy my shares at the price they advertise. If Best Execution is still valid then they and Jarvis are not playing to the rules.Too lovely a day to pursue this afternoon, but if same is happening next week I'm on the war path.
