@ Fallingknife1 - I'm thinking aloud but my fag paper maths suggests that as IAG paid €1bn for Air Europa based on a net profit of €100m (2018) i.e. 10 times earnings, WIZZ made €291m (2019) and has €1.6bn of cash so €4.5bn market cap is realistic. Prospective earnings (2020) are likely to be towards €350m with corresponding higher cash. Air Europa's fleet is older Boeings until they get their Maxes (if it ever flies again) so a SP between £45 and £50 doesn't look silly based on a bid premium. Obviously there are other factors to consider. H1 results next week on the 13th. So could be interesting....

@ Fallingknife1 you have called this correctly although we have hit some turbulence on the way. WIZZ has outperformed the sector and it is difficult to see with their investment in new Airbus Neos why this should change anytime soon. Huge potential in their chosen markets. £45 looks realistic, but as you say we seem to be laggards getting there. Looking back at some of the posts from £16 days is quite revealing as to the level of ignorance out there.

I have been a loyal Premier Inn customer for years but very seldom now stay in their hotels. Their kids go free offer usually means noisy rooms with thumping footsteps from above, badly behaved children in the bar until late at night and the cleaning staff have to work extra hard to get the rooms back to standard. The restaurant menu is unappealing to older people too rich and spicy, and the cost cutting programme which their CEO appears to be so proud of means so few staff that customers wait for everything. I also suspect prisons have less worn out towels.
I think this will be the first of several profit warnings. Their offering just doesn't appeal to those of us who used to stay, and much more importantly spend money in the restaurant and bar. Sell

@ Ipad I agree that the placing shares that require approval can't be traded because they don't yet exist.

But I don't see anything in the RNSs which says the current Ordinary Shares are going to be UNsuspended until the investigations and assessments of the Company's position are known and disclosed. This could take some time in my view...

Where do you read that ALL the existing shares are to be traded on the 18th?

I am indirectly invested here via a Share Club, and I am trying to understand the arrangements for resuming trading.
My understanding from the 15.44hrs RNS on Friday 12th Oct, is that only the 10 million "FIRM ADMISSION" placing shares will be tradeable from 08.00 hrs on 18th October. The remaining placing shares would only be tradeable after an EGM authorises their issue and these are called "CONDITIONAL ADMISSION" shares.
Finally the RNS suggests that the existing Ordinary shares (that we all hold) will not be suspended for trading until the BoD has a better understanding of the Company's finances. In which case this could be months/years away?

Is my understanding correct? If so, how is the traded price of the FIRM ADMISSION shares going to be linked to the value/MC off the whole Company?
Any knowledgeable shareholders out there? Thanks in advance

@ Nolupus I was fully aware that you were referring to cash flow, but the way you phrase your posts is designed to appear particularly negative - i.e. to give the impression today's RNS was bad news.

I you feel investing some of our cash pile in other drug research opportunities is bad news, then what would you do with the money?

@ westie absolutely and through TM a good insight into Incanthera giving the IMM BoD visibility into the potential for an investment. RZ is the major shareholder so he would need to have signed off on this.

Why Nolupus thinks its bad news to invest some of our spare cash only he knows, and if he has no confidence in our BoD why bother to continuously post negatively on this Board? I notice he doesn't answer my pointed questions to him. A true Troll...

@westie - RZ stated at the time of the inconclusive P3 results that IMM was looking for a partner to help take Lupuzor forward.
I am still of the opinion that a Company with bigger pockets will come in, but this may not be for awhile yet. IMO I think IMM would struggle to raise funds from investors to fund another P3 trial.
Let's not forget they did a $450 million deal on the back of P2 results, which unraveled through no fault of their own.
What today's announcement confirmed is that they are still moving forward with Lupuzor and that is good news for patients and investors.

1) Surely the good news here is that some Lupus patients will now be able to access Lupuzor under the Managed Access Programme which could considerably benefit their health. Nolupus I would have thought you would be delighted for your family/friends who you previously claimed suffer from this debilitating disease? Or are they now pregnant?

2) Whilst you claim there is no partner in sight there is an unnamed one for the MAP. Might be an organisation of interest?

TM is making it quite clear in his press statements this morning that IMM is still looking to obtain regulatory approval for Lupuzor. I don't share your negative "not invented here" views which you incessantly bore this board with.

Nolupus posted: "Astra, has their own product,, Anifrolumab, for which llupus experts expect positive P3 results to be annonced in the next few months....
Please tell me why they would consider a takeover for Lupuzor, which failed it's P3 ?"

I guess we all get things wrong - even Nolupus....

I'm dusting off my share certificates as I think we may see a partnership announcement before the end of the year.

Thanks Bermuda for posting this. Disappointing news for Lupus patients though.
AZN raised $3Bn a couple of weeks ago so they have money to take on Lupuzor.

I wonder what Nolupus thinks about this news as at one point he was backing Anifrolumab as a more likely success than Lupuzor. Perhaps he is out of a job now....

I sold my entire holding (£25K) because I didn't see anything in the results which I didn't already know. Peugeot isn't new, and frankly I expect SDX to have customers in Morocco! Been here since the twenties so made a decent profit.
However the SP has flat-lined since May 2017, numerous Malcy tips and a significant analyst jolly have failed to impact the SP in any significant way.
In my view this will just drift lower over the next few months because PW isn't getting the message across to IIs to invest.
As posters say this is a great little business unlike most of the other AIM oil stocks, but I won't re-invest until the Company has something new to announce.

The earlier post which said Friday was the last trading day in Canada is wrong. TSXV is open today @ 14.30 UK time. For those who don't know, TMXMoney is a good site to see real time price movements.
Generally little correlation between AIM and TSXV price movements but it may be worth having a look as our Q2 results are due to be announced tomorrow.

Presumably we will get an update on our total reserves next week which I believe the market has concerns about hence the seemingly unjustifiable low SP.
As the Company is expected to be cash rich and a cash generator a share buy back scheme might be announced. It makes complete sense in my view bearing in mind PW's comments about the SP not reflecting the Company's true worth. Thoughts?

I would like to see us stable in the 70s, and hopefully with volume and no -ve surprises in H1 results, we will achieve this in September or earlier.

@ shakey do you still believe it could go back down to c. 48p to fill the small unfilled gap?
I bought £10k the other day at 53.77p so I'm hoping it won't. But been here since 25p so quite happy, but obviously wished a had traded on the spikes.
