It looks like the recent rises were due to the market factoring in a one billion pound bid.
I suspect we may now stay around this 33.5p SP until news on resources and/or a bid comes in.
Hopefully the market has underpriced any bid.
Not long to wait I suspect.

Another bid coming along especially if the SP goes above the offer price.
I was in Dee Valley Water when the Board accepted a bid from Severn Trent Water and then a hedge fund trumped it. ST ending up paying more.
So selling out immediately may not be the best option.

@TonyFawcett The Daily Mail is just picking up on a World Health Organisation Press Release. The Guardian ran the story yesterday afternoon.
The two tests mentioned are NOT using Avacta Affirmers.
If you look at WHO's website News Releases the original release is there. The story is more about access to tests for poorer nations.

Your bf is on the money whereas you appear to have some baggage regarding MTC.
Trusted brand name known to three generations. People don't buy cheap for their babies. Halfords has lost its way and is still saddled with its UK retail estate.
Can't believe anyone still thinks selling on Amazon devalues a brand. It's the go to online retailer.
Our MC is only £36M and we posted a £14M profit after incurring reorganisational charges. Manageable debt.
New CEO or not we aren't overvalued!

I may have missed similiar posts but could this dip be due to Dmitry Suschov off loading some of his vast quantity of shares?
If I was him I would, especially if I wanted to fund my new venture. In fact I did just that in the past.
He is no longer a Director (Confirmed as of the 18th September Companies House) so no need to declare until he has finished...

@ PL75 I recall you throwing your toys out of your pram on the 10th/12th June when two holdings RNSs were released showing two significant investors had apparently reduced their holdings.
Despite more experienced posters than you pointing out the dilution was solely due to the new placing shares you argued black is white until the penny finally dropped that you were in the wrong. You then wanted the discussion closed down to limit your exposure to be seen to be a fool.
You now seem to think you are God's gift to policing this board. That's the problem with vigilantes, they usually lack the grey matter to make informed decisions.
I seldom post, because of posters like you who have driven away a number of knowledgeable researched posters. As a result this Board is of very limited value, if any at all.

You first floated the Walgreen Boots takeover in May target price 13-15p. I agree a takeover is likely but would much prefer to see BooHoo in the frame than boring old Boots.
As Jon T says the Administrators are in for 50%? of any takeover offer prior to November 2020, so this may be the reason for the delay. Presumably the payment would be on completion so an offer now is possible.
Or the increase is just due to the market catching up with the Boots deal now silly season has ended.
Or a leak of the name of the new CEO.
Who knows but it looks like the rise has still has some way to go.

Topped up twice today £3k each and trades not showing.
What is a fair MC for Mothercare? £30M seems very low when we were making £28M profit from the international business pre-covid. Add in Boots and online sales £60M doesn't look silly in my view bearing in mind the strength of the brand name.
We shall see.

DS owns c. 16.5% of EUA so his "share" of the £7,650,000 placing money is c. £1,260,000 as you have said.
He hasn't been diluted at all. None of us have because the placing was at the full market cap or the share price on the day.
As I said before the balance sheet is $10m (£7,650,000) improved. Yyou haven't taken that into account. It's just maths at the end of the day.

Every Company is boosting their cash position (Covid!) -the only unusual thing is EUA is raising at full market price, almost unheard of on AIM.
This also shows we are growing up and no longer reliant of the bank of Dad (and Mum) for loans!
Can only be viewed as 100% positive. We may be issuing 1.2% of MC in shares but we add $10m to the balance sheet so enterprise value is the same?

The $1m credit line from DS's Company, Hamomelia Services Limited, is due to expire on 31st August 2020.
The $10m placing money due before the end of August will release DS from his obligations under the credit agreement and also provide funding to ramp up WK and provide sufficient funding until the 2021 mining season.
See 2019 accounts page 70 for details of the credit agreement.
Nothing sinister about the cash raise, just a working capital necessity in case of unforeseen delays to the growing WK revenue stream.

It makes good reading even if nothing new. It implies the chairman didn't know about the Tipil licence award when he wrote his report, but that point isn't actually covered.
Also good stuff on environmental protection and workforce.

These were filed at Companies House yesterday 12th August, later than previous years - probably due to Covid. Previous accounts are about 60 pages.
They will be ready to view within 5 days. Probably won't tell us anything more than has been RNSed already but still worth a read.
Filing @ CoHo might also be helpful in the bidding process if only to tick a box.
