might just be regretting that increase to their short position this week here - getting quite concerned about whether my pension is in safe hands. The new salons are not in my area so would need to be on a break away to try. Old salons though have been there since I got a perm which was not yesterday. The experimental free hot drinks in Scotland was stopped a while ago but still 20% off in the caf� and restaurant for gold card holders - no fuss no nonsense - it's not cordon bleu but where is at those kind of prices. Is there a Premier Inn near the Blow salons if not Shippy's tent for me.

at the moment though a high level of short interest doesn't necessarily put me off a stock nor even brokers' negative views eg Zacks, Beaufort and Berenberg which have all recently lowered their expectations for this. Is it the close season for there is no insider buying. Can't see any institutions adding or buying. I think I had a lucky escape selling up here when I did. From a small personal investor or customer angle, wondered if the stock has anything to offer. Other sites awash with people gushing about shareholder discount. This company's competitors all publish details on the web about their shareholder perk scheme but this company doesn't at the moment and then advises brokers of missed deadlines for qualification and warn that the scheme (whatever its current details are) is under review and could be withdrawn. The customer complaints handling is woeful and akin to please just go away and if you have been badly dealt with by one individual then nobody independent will look at the matter and certainly not the chief executive who is too big to have any common touch.. The problem with all of that is that people do just go away in their droves never to return. What a shame as there are some cracking individual establishments in this chain but some headless chickens (pardon the pun) further up.

huwie it is usual to see a couple of big director buys when a company's share price takes a tumble that looks overdone. I'll be looking out for this to show a bit of faith in the company and instil a bit of confidence. Have a good weekend.

The chief executive of this company needs to be aware that his human resources aren't of the calibre they should be. If somebody is taking the time to feedback on the customer experience then the last thing this company needs is for a Gestapo type interrogation of the customer and a calling into question of their veracity. Weed some of these attitudes out and the company might start to prosper.

Certainly rallying strongly after yesterday's fall.

The rise has taken place with very little overall change in the short positions so entirely down to this Brande interest and Odey in fact increasing their short position so wonder about the next option strike price. Didn't buy any in the thirties but a few too many in lower forties and always keep some free ones here. Good luck to Shippy too with your mysterious multi way-positions. I think you must have a John Lewis yoga mat in that tent. I only do one way positions and they can take a while but always end up on top so reasonably satisfying.

Have been buying the whole Highland outfit for the males as you can only hire the most popular tartans and 10 hires sort of equals a buy which can be kept for graduations, weddings etc. Seal skin sporrans banned in many countries so buy a bovine for Russell's next wedding.. Last time we chatted, we were marvelling at Mr. Woodford's investing skills ha ha at least he can average down big time when stuff hits the floor. My debs are in profit not sure about Brandes lol. I was going to buy greeneking again but been put off by one recent night out and the head office staff seem not to give a hoot about customers so went for gog instead as the main people there handle customer complaints well which I like in a company. Been lucky with ophir and other oils with the recent price hike but having a horrendous time caring for elderly and sick relatives though not as bad as late last year when 4 were in hospital over Christmas and had one funeral. Daughter couldn't have done any better in her exams and very young into the bargain and son did well too though he enjoys life to the max and fits studies in around other activities lol. I thought I saw the castle lot advertising some investment bond or other? Edinburgh open doors next week. OMG you were lucky to get their discount vouchers. If you read other sites etc, GNK have been going to great lengths to avoid issuing these vouchers instead of trying to attract customers through the doors. I think some of the head office staff as well as some in the front line need a training session in customer care and public relations which is a concern in the service sector but hey ho.
