Good luck then PRK1, turnarounds are possible after all eh. This is a risk v reward play after all, I know that but then so is everything else in the market. It is up to everyone to DYOR. I would always suggest that everyone investigates opportunities and then acts based on their own research. But when I see manipulation I will always call it out. atb

Bah1, with the Pinnacle deal, the board will change, from RNS:-

"The Subscription Agreement also provides that:

· Pinnacle would be entitled whilst it has an interest of: (i) no less than 50 per cent. of the Fully Diluted Share Capital to appoint 60 per cent. of the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company; and (ii) between 25 per cent and 50 per cent of the Fully Diluted Share Capital to appoint 40 per cent. of the Board, in each case alongside two executive directors and two non-executive directors independent of Pinnacle and its associates;

· In the event that Pinnacle does not fully take up its rights to appoint directors of the Board, those directors that it does appoint will have the voting rights of those directors not appointed at that time"

Whilst its quite, Trillion Dollar + US Private Equity fund "GEN II' (and their multinational client) are the group behind Pinnacle imo.

2% margin eh, where did you pull that out from. Not at Tesla, their energy storage business had a reported 7.6% operating margin.

The very worst case scenario at AMTE is that we take this existing Pinnacle offer and end up with 20% of a global EV battery behemoth. Not too shabby as a back up option imo. Look at the valuations of other EV battery businesses in the sector. Our market cap is still £1.6 million, laughable imo.

Dunk, folk seem to struggle to grasp the real value in the IP that AMTE had developed over time. These are not duracell batteries. They are ready to go, at the very start of the mass adoption of Sodium Ion tech as demonstrated by BYD in China and Northvolt in Sweden.

News on funding or counter offers will change the situation drastically imo. Happy to hold and build my position in the meantime. Each to their own.

We do not know what government support is coming AMTE's way yet. Chancellor Hunt was unlikely to mention them today during his monotonous monologue lol, just general brushstrokes. £2 billion is being injected into the UK's EV sector and £906 million more for green initiatives. I hope no one lost out due to the manipulation, AIM is fickle. Someone bought 1.8 million shares late in the day. Market cap still a pittance at 1p.

Britishvolts factory may be up for grabs due to the owner, an Aussie company, folding, interesting imo as AMTE wants a large scale factory. Time will tell what happens.
