Should I buy a 3 bed semi in Essex with my million quid or a cutting edge EV battery business, with a purpose built factory, highly skilled staff, a huge lead in Sodium Ion battery technology vs peers, European UN38.3 certification, valuable IP, many potential suitors etc etc etc.

Any other interested parties casting their eyes on AMTE has little time to get their counter offers in imo. This deal is not done yet and other suitors may yet emerge.

Thankfully, batteries based on sodium ions rather than lithium could overcome these problems – and ultimately lead to EVs that are cheaper to buy.

Folk are missing the fact that this is not yet a done deal. Everything can change in a heartbeat if a more realistic proposal is made for AMTE. I have shown that the Chinese are fast moving this tech forward, are we really that backward? Surely not.

AMTE is currently still on offer at a market cap of a million odd quid. The same price as a 4 bed semi in Essex with a cabbage patch for a garden. That is all you need to know lol.

SODIUM IS CHEAP AND ABUNDANT, CAN HANDLE MORE CHARGING CYCLES THAN LITHIUM ION AND THEY DO NOT SELF COMBUST LIKE LITHIUM ION. THIS IS ALL VITALLY IMPORTANT IMO:-

Almost every country would be able to build its own sodium power battery plant if the technology spread globally.

The cheaper production of sodium-ion batteries could then help stabilise the cost of electric vehicles and push forward their adoption.

The Chinese know the merits of Sodium Ion Tech better than us Brits it would seem!

Yes, a bidding war is quite likely imo, this tech is fairly unique in this sector. AMTE is light years ahead of the competition.

Most folk don't realise that what we have been RNS'd yesterday is not yet set in stone and can be effectively 'gazumped' by another party.

Now funding is sorted from being priced to bust gordon the next phase can begin. Expansion.
