BBG you have called this wrong at every stage.

You said we would be bid for after hole 5.

That was over ten years ago.

You said we would be bid for before PEA on Alpala.

After PEA you said again that we would be bid for.

The same with the PFS.

The announcement of exploreco makes no difference, as they could bid now and float exploreco.

Richer it's a possibility, I have never said anything different.

I have always said this will take time for all the reasons I have stated on here.

But I will add a bit more.

I also have always made the distinction between an agreed bid and a hostile takeover.

The diverse book made an agreed bid almost impossible, because it would have been on Solgolds terms and a bidder would have wanted to acquire us on the cheap.

A hostile bid would have meant buying out other parties, again not a cheap option.

I remember when the BHP deal ended the standstill agreement lot's of people on here including yourself said qe would be sold now.

People on here said we would be sold after hole 5, then before the PEA, the then after the PEA.

Then pre PFS, then after the PFS.

Now people talking about de-risking.

This is just another straw man argument.

The share register has always been the key here to getting a bid, but because the book has remained diverse, no one has been in a position to make a bid, without inflating the price more than they are comfortable with.

I agree a welcome change seeing some upwards travel on the share price.

However my diverse argument stands up to scrutiny.

Take RKH for example.

It successfully stopped a takeover.

Then FTO this was two families that got a controlling interest and walked the price down over 18 months and got a cheap takeover.

I have more examples but these two make my point.

So when I invested here in 2013, it was after looking at the share price for over a year and asking questions on this bulletin board.

In those days we had more informed posters on here and they answered questions with their own thoughts.

Today all we get is we are going to be taken over.

Hence why I don't comment so often nowadays.

Really Colonel Drake you had knowledge of a bid by BHP in 2022 and you said nothing on here.

Addicknt I have to disagree, I have always maintained that production is the most likely outcome considering the approach and the way the book is diverse.

The company has made it very clear.

We currently have no bidders and we are heading towards production.

If you want to be accurate, then first spade in the ground will be the acid test.

I think people are catching on, that we are going to production, and that we have the finance to do this.

Rodney, the reason the PFS was repeated was it was too expensive to put into operation.

However when they did it they adopted a method that would allow us to import information from the PEA to the PFS then to the DFS and finally to the BFS.

So when we are ready to go to the DFS, it will be quicker than the PFS as we will incorporate the PFS into it.

They also announced that this is the model they will use going forward on other tenements.

Rodney no one has mentioned the DFS in Solgold.

Only people on here that believe we are not going to production.
