It's not a search engine, but it cannot be used by anyone to get accurate information.

You have to define what you are asking carefully, it will search multiple sources and from them it will do comparison rotating and construct an answer.

The more parameters you use can occasionally confuse a few of these engines, however when used correctly now only can it construct accurate information, but it can be used to obtain new knowledge.

It's the people using it that obtain less than accurate information.
