Xray, I suggest you read the PEA in full, next event is MRE3, sometime between now and year end, then PFS in December 2019, not December 2020. Then DFS by end of year 2020. No mention of a December 2020 date, anywhere, but please feel free to correct me, and supply the source from were your information comes from please.

Could it be that low priced shares with good dividend cover, offering high yield returns are attracting money. I have just recently sold some Solg, to take advantage of the bargains. Maybe others doing the same. As next news in December. May well drift lower. Not by much I think, as other news between now and December. But we now need to look at the wider market for those investors who like me eventually want a relative safe high yielding portfolio.

May I add that we are not talking about full production at this stage, but a start up and go for gold strategy, so would think, if the timescale would be reduced further.

The problem is, this is a Chess game. In Chess no one bluffs, all your cards are on the table. So let's analyse the position, see where the strengths of the position lay and where weak squares can be exploited. Firstly NM says this is going to production, secondly, Finance is being arranged in the background. Thirdly he won't take anything less than full value, should he sell at any point on the journey. He has as far as I can tell always been straight forward and honest. Remember in Chess you never bluff. Now let's look at the other side of the equation. BHP are not going to overpay, they want value for shareholders. Doesn't mean they won't attempt to pick up others holdings or take part in another share issue, should one take place. But they make the point, that they would acquire a resource early on, when full value had not been achieved. BHP tried this and failed, but still came on board and paid a premium. If this gets taken out, I suspect this will be done via a concert group. Trust me, none of us want that. As others have said, patience will reward.

The volume of trades is coming in. However the problem is, in order for an individual to invest in Solg, we offer no dividend. So they would invest for capital growth. However from these levels the risk / reward ratio is not there. Ask yourself honestly, if Solgold was recommended to you now, would you buy in at this level, or would you buy something else.

I think today may be when we get an idea of how big the free float really is. And what percentage is exchanging on a regular basis. We should be looking at shares traded today, 20 million would be really good. But could be considerably higher.

No retirement yet, but looks like a step in the right direction. I believe we will see an uplift in the price when the market opens, as don't see this announcement as priced in, as some unexpected good news. Especially on the payback period of 3.5-3.8 years. That's very sound in my opinion. Makes it much tougher for a major to bid on this, as opposed to a start up.

Problem with that DBW is their may be a short delay in her response. Which could be months.

If any one is in contact with Anna Legge, could you please ask her to define what she means by short. I would hate it, if she said there is going to be a long delay. I just might not live that long.

Is anyone else of the same opinion, if we are going to announce in 48 hours that we have a big discovery. Surely it will be done with the PEA for Alpala. So maybe PEA on Monday. That's if it's us.

People sell for many reasons, maybe just has a better opportunity with a quicker return elsewhere.

Unsure about these RNS's, they are using data streams, as opposed to drill cores. So they are modeling on data. This is not proven. Don't understand why Solg are switching. To me it's a bit like when they decreased the copper equivalent from 0.3 to 0.2 in order to say that the MRE had doubled in size. I for one, do not know how to interpret this. -

Unfortunately these last two RNS's mean next to zero. They are not part of an MRE, and will not be for some considerable time. The PEA, which I believe will be positive, will only have a small effect on the share price. ( as it has been floating in the ether for too long and is priced in). However if it is used to secure funding for a go for gold strategy, then depending on cost to production, this is now what will change the story. A while longer in my opinion. Can't see anyone bidding at the moment, as too many caveats in place, and no major is going to overpay.

Good morning addicknt, I do agree with your point about sitting on piles of cash. However disagree this will be decided by others. Solg can never be taken out, no matter how high the bid, unless NM agrees. This is for two reasons. The first being the share register. Just look at the distribution. Second NM's holding. While over 10%.he can stop a takeover. This cannot be delisted without his acceptance. Agreed, these figures could change. But I believe his holding would always be increased by options and buy in's to maintain his percentage.

Great RNS, couldn't be any clearer, solg has the money to become a great miner and producer. NM is crystal clear, we are going to production, roll on the PEA. I believe this will map out the path we take.

How would it be the same, do they have a go for gold strategy that becomes self financing in very little time for a fraction of the cost.

That's not true SOLG and SXX, are completely different companies.
