Good morning Jerryspaniel, you are quite right. I didn't mention the point on go for gold, as I could have gone on forever in my post, and wanted it to be to the point. However even with go for gold, start up costs will be on the high side if we don't get a good PEA /PFS, as this will determine our borrowing costs, and maybe the staging of borrowing. Other good points are we are fairly equipped on the infrastructure costs, on water, power and transport. And expect the PEA to reflect this.

Just my thoughts on the PEA, these are my thoughts and my thoughts alone, so for all the trolls, that accuse people of ramping, deramping, I know what your game is. Please ignore this as firstly your clueless about investing, and secondly, I am not interested in your ill thought out opinions. I think on the whole, the PEA will be good news, but not as good as I first thought. My reasoning is thus. We are going further than a PEA, closer to PFS, as NM is going to use this to raise finance to start the development of a mine in project. Time is not on his side, as Newcrest and BHP, will soon be able to bid in an unrestricted way. The Problem as I see it, is we don't have any surface grade copper, so while a mature project will leverage costs, a start up won't. Hence we may be into some sort of equity swop further on down the line. Our upside, is the market for copper has really not moved yet, but futures showing a positive market in two years time. This I feel will add to the value of Solgold, if indeed it is Solgold. Lots more to add, but I don't need to go into great detail, as doubt I am the only person on this board to hold this opinion.

Personally, can't see this moving the share price as good news priced in. May have a slightly negative effect, as we are expecting the PEA and still no news, apart from we don't have long to wait . Would like to be proved wrong, but guess we don't have to wait long, as market opens at 08.00am.

Good morning all, let's keep our feet on the ground. 1 pound per share, along with the priced in options, will give a market capitalism of 2 billion pounds. That would be enormous for an explorer.

Hahahaha, I am ever so nervous, holding 1.6 million shares, was 1.8 million. But sold some feeling I could get in lower. I was wrong. Averaged out at 4.6 pence a share. I wish all my holdings made me this nervous.

Good morning ToS1963, Agreed no need to release it. However, if they hadn't, my guess is share price would have slowly drifted lower. My take on this is be patient the PEA is coming. It's been delayed and here are the reasons. The rest is window dressing.

People who use the terms, in all truth or you got to believe me, or I swear on the Bible. All have one thing in common. Their next statement is going to be untruthful. People who are truthful, just state their case, with no precursors. Of course you looked at the share price, as we all did. Why wouldn't you just after a RNS. Untruthful or no knowledge of investment, as any amateur investor, would at least looked at the share price, before posting, to see how the market perceived the news.

Well done Zoros, you post at 08.09, that the markets will not like this. This is after a 2 pence drop. Why didn't you post your thoughts before 08.00 am .My guess is like myself you were uncertain how the market would react. I see this drop as just not meeting expectations, we were expecting news and specifically the PEA. Anything else was going to disappoint. So nothing else to read into this, PEA still to come.

Don't believe it's Warren Irwin for one minute. In the first place he would have a proper email address. Secondary he would be able to express himself better, without the spelling mistakes. Thirdly, no content just insults.

Good morning addicknt, you make a good case and you are one of the few posters I enjoy reading. You make your case very well, and you could be correct. Your point 2, is well received and does give me doubt. That is the main reason I would like the PEA, if it is not great, then I believe your scenario is a possible scenario 3, and may replace my scenario 2. However and it is with respect for your view. If the PEA allows us to develop a funding program, that is a couple percent above base, then Cornerstone becomes less important, and can be kicked down the road until a later date. Who knows Solgold and Cornerstone management, may end up being the best of buddies.

Morning addicknt, you could be correct, I just don't see the offers coming in for Cornerstone. Why pay more than you have too. I haven't forgotten the lock in on Newcrest and BHP. However all this does is increase the likely hood of no bid. Why free these guys up. Hence my reasoning for a project to go to production. I am here for the long term.

Good morning smickster, it's a possibility, however my own thoughts are we are never going to get a PFS, I believe part of the reason for the delay, is we will get a more comprehensive PEA. This will make a PFS unnecessary. Don't think we can take out Cornerstone, they are not going to play ball. I ask what's left. I see two likely scenarios. Their are more, but I think these two are the most likely. Number one, and the scenario I believe is most likely. Solgold has the measure of Cornerstone, and the PEA will be good enough for preliminary talks to fund production. This is consistent with everything NM has said. Number two, we don't get the stonking PEA, and this means we are in a stalemate position, and this share could drift for years. Maybe Newcrest or BHP, could make a bid. But why would they, when by being patient, they can get Solgold at a significant discount.

Good morning DBW, must admit to not have seen the latest presentation. I will have to take a look later on. But if PEA, is drifting into Q2, then I don't believe their is any urgency on behalf of the Solgold management team. An interesting observation. Thank you for posting.

Good morning all, I see why Cornerstone, wants a sale of Cascabel, and feel this is the real reason for this very strong response. Many here would agree. I also would not be totally unhappy. However Cornerstone also makes the point that they and DGR are the power brokers in this story, and unless a deal is struck, no one company is going to end up with ownership of Solgold. I don't think anything has fundamentally changed. If the PEA is strong enough, then Solgold can raise the finance and take this to production, with no further dilution, as suggested by cornerstone. I for one, look forward to the publication of the PEA, and will be interested on how this affects the price, and how the market, judges Solgolds and Cornerstones position.

Evening mog999, its complicated, because in order to take complete ownership, many regulations need to be met to delist, don't see the major shareholders, giving up their share to assist another that easily.

Don't disagree addicknt, just what happens if the price is not right. I don't believe anything is a given. Also who ends up with ownership of cornerstone, if the price is right. If BHP or Newcrest were to acquire them. Then I believe it will be difficult for any interested company to acquire large blocks of shares. Not impossible, just difficult.
