Regarding Jerry, I have looked through, just a few pages of his recent postings, they seem to lack insults, repetition and accusing people of all sorts of things. However Earthling the same cannot be said for you. Do yourself a favour, take time to read your posts. ignore the ones that accuse people of ramping, de-ramping, knowing there game, insults and repetition. I doubt you will end up with as many as 72. I am trying to do you a favour here, please take a long hard look at yourself, and see yourself as others see you. It may be painful at first, but everybody deserves a second chance. Feel free to disagree with people, put your point across, but cut out the insults. It's really annoying, and detracts from this board.

I should think most people earning over 50K a year, give away 1% of their wealth. I have just done the calculations on payroll giving, I am closer to 3%. Not because I choose to. But because over the years I have signed up to charities that I felt I wanted to support. For someone taking home 4,000 a month that's only £40.00 per month. That is an example.

Thank you Padmaster, that was really good to listen too, and added to my understanding of geological systems, which before I brought this share was zero. However have undertaken some interesting reading since. The last 3 minutes I felt was the main point. As he seems to be suggesting that we are going to blow MRE2 out the water, by some margin.

This I harder to call, as predicted the MRE2, was already priced in as the expectation was a doubling of the resource, which we were just short of on like for like calculations. And we did double the resource when we looked at 0.2, as opposed the 0.3 figure. However when it comes to the PEA, we know that we have some infrastructure and access to water and electricity. So is this part priced in or not. We don't have the extraction costs, but hopefully that can be kept to a minimum with Newcrest on board, and we don't have the construction costs. So I believe that a favourable PEA will shift the share price, but probably not as much as some people think. However it would be good to be surprised.

Good afternoon Subby, in my opinion its a good idea if we are able to succeed in the buyout and hold 100% of the project. However not so good if we can't. This is from a future value point of view. Also easier to manage and make decisions unilaterally. If it doesn't go ahead though, not the end of the world.

Strider4, really it's not all about you. Didn't even have you in mind, my reference was plural children, not child. I had no one in mind. I was referring to the posts that say, I know your motives, or the game you are playing. Those that say people are ramping or de-ramping.Those who are just rude or offensive in the extreme, all the silly stuff that detracts from people wanting to post, but don't because they just don't want the hassle. By not challenging the children, this chat room is a poorer place.

I do disagree Jerry, but interesting to read your take on the subject. I am guessing that by making a direct appeal to shareholders, that they are trying to circumnavigate the board, and put this issue to bed. However good for everyone to hear all views and not get shot down, by the children.

I think we might be viewing this through Rose tinted glasses. There maybe a good reason Cornerstone has dismissed this without a second thought. They might be talking to a third party who wants a buy in to Solgold. What better way then acquire Cornerstone. I guess they would want more than a 20% premium.

, no reason to suspect it's not. Then along with a updated resource statement and the distribution of shares which is just as important. It forms the basis for fund raising on preferential terms. I would like to add something, which I have had in my thoughts for some time, but as far as I am aware, has not been discussed on this chat room. For any major to take this out in its entirety. They require 75% of the shares, it NM and Nick Mather sit tight, this can never be fully acquired and we go to production. Food for thought.

There is a 3rd reason for becoming a 100% owner of Cascabel, that is along with the PEA and an updated resource statement, it removes a major obstacle to raising capital to develop the site. Which is what NM has consistently said. This would mean the lenders would be dealing with Solgold and not Solgold and Cornerstone. Kinda makes sense.

Strider4 is correct, the PEA was meant to be end of January, however in November it was restated that it would be some time in the first quarter. I had some thoughts at the time. And at the risk of upsetting to many people on here, will restate them. Please these are not facts just my opinion, so please treat it as so. I believe this is going to production, and so it makes sense to delay the PEA, because when it's published, this is the first stage to raising corporate finance. I reckon along with the PEA, we will get a resource update, maybe MRE3. This would be done to show that the value had increased, so we are a better risk, and so can borrow in tranches at a preferable interest rate. I will add for those who believe it will be sold, that there vision is just as valid as mine.
