My point is, if something is going on in the background then the release of information at this point, could be deemed as price sensitive, where under other circumstances, it would not be.

Good afternoon BNC, steady on, we all feel the same on MRE3, but it will arrive in time. My own take is it's interesting in itself, that it is delayed, without any reason given. I think this is just a question of timing.

Good morning Mog, yes as NM has said all along. We are going to production. By saying they will look at the right price, he is saying you are not getting this on the cheap. Hence no one will over bid for Solgold now or before. I believe Newcrest and BHP have taken their positions and are happy with what they have, but will always be on the lookout to provide further funding should NM require it to increase their percentage stake. Let's hope it's not required. We are in for the long haul, looks like we need to pay more attention to the rest of our portfolios and let this ride.

Good morning iceberg, these trades are insignificant, we require about 10-16 million a day, everyday. This represents roughly between 0.5% to 0.75% of the total share capital issued by Solgold. This is what the majority of big companies achieve day in and day out, and helps stabilise the price, and eventual growth. We can be walked down too easily, with just a couple of million shares. Biggest problem we have, is at the moment we have no market for Solgold shares.

Agreed BNC, it took me 18 months of asking questions on this site, before I invested, however, I invested some time after whole 5, I then saw the share price drop to just over a penny. Must admit, I lost confidence at that point, and just put it on the back burner, and decided to sale, should I ever get back to 4.6 pence a share. My average. However what changed my mind was Newcrest coming in at double the share price. So I reevalulated and today with two further investments from BHP, today I am seeing this through to the end game. One thing I would add. When I first came to this site, I received a lot of abuse, and was accused of deramping, not by yourself, but by the numpties that populate this board, and think it's their personnel board to impart their particular wisdom, and enter into pointless arguements. We don't require the thought police, to sort the rubbish posts from the nuggets, I would ask all posters to give people a chance, as they may be coming to this board for the first time, and like me will ask obvious questions, because they generally seek info. It's then up to them to read the Rand's and background info. However the strength of this board, is to ask the questions for the info they are seeking.

I can understand it, if things are happening in the background, why they cannot tell us why MRE3 is delayed, but surely just good governance to give us a date, when it will be published, without any reason. That's not too much to ask.

Interesting point ColonelDrake, I held 1.8 million at one time, but still have 1.2 million, hence 647 million in free float. Guessing there are a considerable number of people who have not sold out, maybe free float less than we both think. Makes swings more pronounced to my mind.

Good morning addicknt, you are of course correct, and I take your point, my poorly worded observation, should have said that. However, if it hasn't stopped, then kinda hard to prepare a PFS, without defined resources etc. So if that's not the case, then maybe a little more drag in terms of news. I have sent my first email on Friday, asking if an update on dates for MRE 3, and PFS. Not expecting a reply, but would be nice to receive one, as this is the first email, I have sent, not only to Solgold, but indeed any company I have been invested in.

Just a quick thought, while I am logged in. There seems to be some consensus that drilling has stopped, also MRE3 is overdue, and we know they are working towards the PFS. Lots of rubbish being spourted here, but to my mind, you need to stop drilling, to define the final boundaries, and produce a final Mineral resource estimate, in order to produce a meaningful PFS, and work towards a BFS. Surely that's happening here.

I am curious to see who he is abusing or what rubbish he's spourting. However since I log in automatically, I am not that interested to log out and see what's being said. Good afternoon bluenose53, summed up in an excellent manner, I agree with evert point you make. The simple truth is shares go up and go down, happens to all shares for varying reasons. I believe we are still recovering from the countries debt crisis, so we may have some way to go. My only concern is MRE3 is going to change this very little, PFS may do, but I think news at the end of 2020 with BFS and at last a serious plan to become a producer. Up to then its silly for everyone to cheer when the price goes up. and equally silly to jeer when it goes down. It just shows these people have no idea what makes a market in any given share, at any time. Happy New Year to everyone.

Only need to wait till Tuesday, to see if NM is good for his word.

Good morning fhecba21, yes we did, and all these things are still true. The reason for the drop in price was political uncertainty, this is being repaired, will take some time, and the share being shorted. Just look at the buy and sell patterns. If you know anything about markets, you will understand what I mean. When you see large sells, followed by buys of the same price, this is because the sell is actually a buy, because the shares have been borrowed, and does not represent a buy until paid back, thus leaving a neutral position. All you have posted, shows me you have no experience markets or investment. You would do better asking people questions, on how to invest. However I feel that your goodwill capital has run out. I would suggest you read some books, but the problem with the literature out there, cannot teach you how to invest in the real world. People don't play by the rules.

Good morning addicknt, we have a little time left to deliver MRE3, but do agree with your point about delivering news to deadlines. I would expect as a minimum requirement, that if there was a delay, that they would issue an update and issue a new release date, just to keep us informed. However they have not missed the deadline yet, so guess we just have to wait.

Good evening RICH3R, I brought into this share in 2013. waited 6 years already, what's another seven. Guess we will have various exit points after the BFS. However I am patient. That's the name of the game.

No majors will bid for this. This is going to production, all the evidence points to this. The Latest evidence, is the recent fund raising from BHP. If majors really were interested, then NM could have got more, by talking to these different parties. I suspect that Newcrest and BHP are happy with the stakes they have. It's the long game now. roll on 2027. Life is too short.

Merry Christmas everybody. I would have thought with MRE3 imminent. We would see some movement, one way on the other, depending on its content. Maybe already priced in, and we need to wait for PFS. However, even with the political turmoil, I am surprised at the current share price, but feel this is down to lack of volume traded.
