What a strange insult Jerry, I am not a lawyer, and I doubt you are, what has insider trading laws, got to do with reporting of drill holes. We report material differences that would have a positive or adverse effect on the share price. The market is aware of our funding position, and possible raising of cash . They do not need to know every time we drill a hole.

Correct, because it is non material, at that point, it's a question of not knowing if it's economical to develop. One hole does not make a mine. So immaterial.

Autocorrect Jerry, yes reporting rules on aim are different, as when on AIM, reporting is more relaxed. However Shell and BP are not on AIM, and they don't need to report drilling well, by well.

Sorry Jerry, they are not material, I brought in when shares were 4.6 pence and we had around 600 million shares in issue, even then not all drill results released, and not just a question of releasing them in batches. They were put into later presentations, but no RNS ever released.

Good afternoon Miagi365, it's a good point, and one I at first got wrong. It was corrected in a previous presentation. The 100-150 million is for Alpala only. The reasoning is FN has paid the money for a streaming revenue from Alpala. They get no benefit if any of the money is spent elsewhere. So I imagine that any money left over goes to the constuction of Alpala. Now we have an interesting point. I am reading between the lines here, and this has not been said. Alpala is going to be totally financed from offtake, and debt. He is unclear on further dilution on Alpala, but not on the other tenements. However, He has indicated that the PFS, may provide us with savings, so once Alpala built, what happens to any left over money. All the best.

Zoros, I have said sorry for confusing the price for timings. Please read the post. Like me you have misread. You have not got the facts across, you have misquoted. your point 5 is misleading and your point 6 is just wrong. However you infer that NM lied in the past regarding dilution. He has never said their will be no dilution. But he has said that it will be minimal.

Thank you Jerry, just reread it and you are right. Damn, I owe Zoros an apology. "Zoros I am sorry". I think when NM said he wouldn't issue equity at the current price, he was referring to the Franco Nevada offtake agreement. He has always said, that he will keep further equity releases to a minimum. On the point that NM can't defend a takeover. Zoros is at the best misleading. He has always said that if the right offer came in offering full or near too full value, that he would sell. No figures, as far as I am aware have been mentioned by NM. We do however know, that he intends financing Alpala by NPV, not the market cap. As for Christmas Jerry, you could be correct, but I think a lot would have to happen, and not go NM's way. Good morning Zoros, your idea of threatening CGP is ridiculous. Where did you get the figure, that if a bid came in at 26 pence, that it would be undefendable. Yet more rubbish, and was never said. He absolutely repeated, that the PFS would be completed end of September, listen to it again. The fact that NM promised no dilution, is also a lie, only repeated by yourself, and one or two others. He has always said, that there will be limited dilution. If we get CGP, that's with a share offer, that in itself is dilutive. Again you need to listen to all the presentations from 29th April, on the Solgold link I gave you.
