Agreed L2, I know if we are sold, we get sold cheap. 5 years is not that long. ( apart from if you need the money now ).

Why not Earthling, Don't look at the NPV, look at the possible, cost, revenue and profit margin. If gold does reach 5,000 an ounce, then that's on the bottom line, do the calculation. I personally don't think it will get that high, but if it did, the sky is the limit. We could be making a yearly profit, that is twice our current market cap.

Good evening Redknight, you may be right and we sell out just over a pound, I just think that would be a great opportunity lost. Companies like this don't come around that often. We have the right person in charge. If the experts are right and gold really is 5,000 dollars an ounce in 5 years, and we can deliver just what we expect on the PEA, never mind the PFS. This company could be 20 pounds a share. People on here will think, I am being silly, just imagine if we got other projects up and running shortly after. I am sad, that people think 1 pound a share is a good offer.

Sorry Earthling that's not true, many companies sell for more than full value, that's if you get a premium to NAV, as we don't have a NAV, asking for near to full value based on NPV, is reasonable,

Hi addicknt, I am not a late convert, I have always been clear on my position. I need near full value. I don't think you even believe full value can be achieved in a sell, but it can if we go to production. All the best.

Your correct Miagi, I want 90% of NPV after PFS, and as NPV increases, I still want 90%, or quite willing to go to production.
That's a more than reasonable I think.

Redknight, I believe you have been doing this some time, so what has the Mcap got to do with the value of a company. The Mcap is just one share multiplied by the number of shares. It's the NPV and later the NAV. We are at a discount to NPV, so all looks good to me.

Redknight, there is nothing to work out, that's the stock market. We don't have an income stream yet and don't pay dividends, and we don't the volume of trades.

Sorry Miagi, got to agree with Iceberg, we have zero evidence.
So what would be evidence.
Someone bidding for CGP, and consolidating that holding.
Then maybe NCM or BHP, selling there holding to each other, or another party.
Someone Doing a deal with NM for a share holding at an increased price.

Basically the book, becoming more consolidated. But even then we need an individual company to own over 30%.

Zero evidence is speculation on news events, like the PFS and standstill agreement for BHP, these are news, not evidence.
