Earthling, If like me, you think NM is telling the truth, then we are set to go to production, you seem to get upset at the slightest disagreement with anything you post. It's not about you. People keep saying NM is lying, not just it's a bluff that he is going to production, but people saying he doesn't have the means and knowhow to take this to production. Anyone, who has been involved in any engineering project, knows that is ridiculous. It seems one poster says that, and the sheep follow.

Guys calm down, everyone is full of conspiracy theories on here, from saying NM is lying and not going to production, to saying that because the FN deal has not been signed off, is because of other events, and not Covid19. These things are being said with zero evidence.

The bit I liked was zero dilution after CGP acquired.
Looks like when NM was talking about limited dilution, he was talking about the purchase of CGP.
So Alpala is debt funded, and no dilution.

They were never going to sell, so the diverse book continues. And we carry on to production. Anyone at anytime, apart from BHP can make a bid, and so release BHP. But no one is doing this, why? Also let's not forget apart from holding 15% of ENSA, CGP also hold 7.6% of Solgold shares. Why has nobody apart from Solgold bid for them. This is not a simple, let's throw money at it situation, and we acquire Solgold. It's about what value each party attributes to their holding, and future returns.

Good morning Colonel, sorry but NCM not selling, is entirely what I predicted would happen, and is further evidence of going to production. It's because none of the major shareholders are going to relinquish their holdings on the cheap. Therefore any bid below full value, or near to it, will fail. So no one will make a serious bid. BHP, Tenstar, BlackRock, DGR and Nick, will not sell either, for the same reason. So we continue to production.

Good morning addicknt, not everyone wants to sue, although I take your point. I would however turn the question around. If CGP have evidence of any wrong doing, why haven't they lodged a complaint, with the regulator, and presented their evidence. You wouldn't call an EGM, as surely withholding information from the regulator, and accusing Solgold publicly is not only unprofessional, but may carry a penalty in itself. Still waiting for a date to be published for the EGM, and a detailed accusation to be published, so that Solgold can reply to it. Also let's see this alternate BOD . Up to now, I see no evidence of any wrong doing. Maybe CGP's tactics are to damage the Solgold share price, and try to say it's NM that is to blame. I still think this is all nonsense, and will not take place.

Good morning ToS1963, I would like to offer a counter view. I don't believe we need to sell anything. Hopefully we agree on the fact, that Alpala can be built with little or zero dilution, through offtake, loans and who knows maybe issue bonds.
We are left with the issue, how do we fund further exploration. I don't believe anyone can answer that question. However if our continuing proving up and PFS and DFS, cause a rise in the share price, our next fund raise, maybe over 1 pound a share.

Doesn't seem so, remember, who ever acquires CGP, cannot borrow against ENSA, and in particular Alpala, They cannot sell ENSA seperately, and they have to pay for costs up to now, and future development costs. I don't see buyers lining up.

The offer could have been made, to stop other companies bidding. Well we seem to have achieved that. So they reject the offer, and eventually we pick up the 15% of ENSA on the cheap. I thought I was entitled to one conspiracy theory.

Hello Montecristo, I think some of the delays were getting the licenses, remember how long we took to satisfy the Government on not polluting the water basin. Then we had Covid, and we had to fund raise along the way. These things take time.
