Firstly he has ruled out JV's for many reasons, listen to the webinars, But he has said no to JV's doesn't matter what the offer is. He really couldn't put it any plainer.
Next as we have progressed, he has hired the relevant people as we have gone towards production, and will continue to do so.
Lastly, going it alone, means all the above and retaining control of the company. It's that simple.

This can be done, and this is no way, as difficult to go to production, as some people say on this site.

I said to addicknt, that, yes BHP would want their own PFS and DFS, but that it was also about BHP, changing it's internal governance, and that takes time. We had to do the same, and that held up the water permits, for about 6 months. Again, please read and understand.

Good morning, addicknt, I realise that, but apart from, they would design, there own build. There is a massive amount of cooperate governance, that BHP, would have to undertake, across the company. Let's not forget, this happened in Solgold. It wasn't good enough to give guarentees about how the water basin, would be protected. We had to change, our cooperate strategy. So that, it made future water permits, obtainable on a faster basis. This is what NM was referring to when, he said other tenements, would be developed faster, as we now had a refined blueprint, for going forward, that would be continuously improved. Are BHP, really going to change, their operations, and how long would that take. Yes achievable, but at a cost, which is added to the cost of acquiring Solgold. Other bidders, realize this as well. This is not a slam dunk.

Miagi, agree with everything you say. And yes I believe you are correct, when you say, regionals, will require further dilution. But isn't that what NM has constantly said, when he refers to minimal dilution, he is referring to regionals, and CGP buyout. He will fund Alpala on NPV. But let's not forget, on regionals, we are funded for 18 months, and a lot can happen in 18 months, including a higher share price, that is supported. And who knows, we may get another site, to PEA, and fund that by NPV. All the best.

Understand, addicknt, but we only have 2 years, to implement DFS, otherwise our licence is at risk. So another, reason why this is hard to buy, as the new owner, would have to start again. Not sure, what the government, would make of that. I still have the same question. Apart from BHP, why has no one bid for Solgold. All the best.

Good morning, yes I agree Mcap is important, but it's not everything. Also agree if we cannot fund on streaming, and a debt basis, to build Alpala, then we have a big problem, and at that moment, a cheap sale, will be on the table. However, I am invested, because, I do believe, we have people lining up to fund, Alpala, in one form or another. All the best.

Good morning addicknt, hope all is good. I personally don't look at how much money, I will make from a share. I constantly revise, how much the company is worth, and apply an appropriate discount to NAV, and base my sell price on those fundimentals. It is simple, but has worked for me. Unless, I hold for income, from dividends. This is a bit harder, as currently, we are not valued on NAV, but on NPV. So why my way of calculating value, doesn't work, at this moment in time. It will in the future. So I do believe, the further we get to production, the greater the value. Not saying that it will be reflected in the share price. But for me at this time, that's unimportant, as I am an investor, not a trader. All the best.

Good morning Jerry, I would never dismiss anything you say, as you are one of the posters, who although holds an opposite view to me, always explains why. You are correct, that NM has not got the share price higher. We both have different opinions, as to why that is. Yours is he wants to sell, and so should entertaining bids, and pushing out news faster, and maybe getting other companies involved ( please correct me if I am wrong ). Mine is that he is serious about taking this to production, so why the share price is important, he's not that bothered, as he is no longer raising money on market cap, but on NPV. Both points are valid. You may well get a bid, but I personally feel, it won't be after the PFS, but after DFS, as then the bidder, has the full picture, and can make a meaningful bid. I do think, it will be rejected, for all the reasons, I have outlined before. But hopefully, this will raise the share price, because like you, I realize, we are vunerable to a low bid. Lastly, I don't think anyone, is entertaining a hostile bid, for obvious reasons. All the best.

This is too big for us, we will be sold at a price majors are willing to pay, which will hopefully be a decent return form here.

It's not just up to NM whether a bid is accepted or not, as you saw from the survey on here, many pi's believe this will be sold or JV with BHP and NCM, or the likes of Barrick amongst others.
BHP and NCM are also major shred's holders, do you think they'll vote with you?
