Good morning Jerry, you could be right, I saw a presentation recently, where Barrack are still using 1200 dollars for gold. We certainly don't want them bidding for us. However our PEA, was last released, with a higher Copper price, than was warranted, but the gold price, was what the gold price, was at the time.

Just a brief reminder, NM has constantly said, minimal dilution for Solgold. That is Solgold and not Alpala.
So I believe the dilution, he is on about is for the CGP buyout and further discoveries, being proved up.
He has not commented on dilution for Alpala. I don't believe we will get any.

Good afternoon rcgl2. because BHP, NCM and others, have reputations. They have made accusations against Solgold, but no substance. They have announced a EGM after 27th October, but no details. Before making such an announcement, they should have an alternative BOD lined up, but again nothing. I really don't see this EGM happening. Also, they will get no support, as they hold 15% of Alpala, and BHP, knows they will blackmail them for this holding. CGP, should announce details, but nothing.

Good afternoon Tos1963, 80p won't cut it, but the book is diverse, remember, this is not a case of make a bid, and the company is sold. It's much more complex.
Any bid, needs communication, with the main shareholders, so whoever buys, has to sound out the other parties, and how much they want for their shares. So They are not going to sell cheap. They also are going to want full value, or next to full value, so I feel anything under 1 pound, won't even be considered. It's not a case of just make a bid.

Hopefully things will improve by then. The people I feel sorry for, are those that have had to sell holdings, in order to get by. All the best.

Good afternoon Shipright, I suspect because the share price has varied considerably over time. That with no news, people are waiting for the price to fall further. I don't think it will.
But if we don't see evidence of an offer, people are not going to buy, as if you had say 50,000 pounds to invest, would you buy Solgold or something else undervalued, that pays a decent dividend.
I think Solgold is a bargain, and I am comfortable with my level of exposure, but I am not buying.
Lots of reasons, recently I brought some more Lloyds shares.
Solgold at the time, were just under 20 pence.

Good morning Jerry, as you say £26,000 pounds traded, as you know, that's why the price is what it is. Even if we did 8 million shares a day, the volume would still be low. People don't want to sell, as they might miss out, and people don't want to buy at these levels. It will sort itself out in time. All the best.
