Seriously if people think taking this to production, will end the same way as SXX, then they should sell up now.
But I doubt even they people that make the comparison don't believe it either.

Zoros why have you missed the option NM has said.
We raise the money and build Alpala and bring it to production.
Many people said he couldn't do this.
At least you accept he has the expertise to define a PFS, which will mean we have a detailed and costed mine design.
This is the hardest part, which so many of the sell them cheap brigade said couldn't be done.
We will bring in a civil engineering company to build it, as this is what NCM and BHP do.
We have the expertise, why sell it cheap.

RiCH3R, all the AGM showed was that NCM and BHP couldn't get us cheap, and CGP were upset no one would buy us cheap.
So NM has played this well, and stood up for all share holders. Many backed NM, without criticizing him, because we know he understands the situation, and understands the way forward.
We have some armchair CEO's on here, who think they understand how to run a mining company, understand the civil engineering side, think that the finance cannot be raised, and don't believe we can bring Alpala to production.
They don't, but NM and the BOD understand all the above.

Hi Zoros, NM has already answered your question in more than one webinar.
He has said we will do things in parallel.
Each discovery will be funded independently, just as Alpala will be.

Agreed etetettetete, he won't be giving them any more equity, he showed, he will act in the interests of all shareholders.
We will go to production with or without NCM or BHP.
Let's see what transpires.

Morning Redknight I don't count all people who believe in the possibility of a bid as conspiracy theorists. ( I don't count you among them )
As you know, under the right circumstances I believe a bid is possible.
However it is ridiculous to insult people who listen to the webinars and the BOD, and then to say things like, ah they would have to say that, or people who point out I have never run a company. ( I have said many times I have never run a company )
But for someone like Tiger to say I don't understand Finance ( this is a poster invested in CGP ) is silly.
You know who they are, I don't need to point them out, as we even have one person who doesn't even like his name mentioned, as he finds that offensive and then goes on to insult people.
All I do is listen carefully, and seek opinion.
Like you Redknight I know why I am invested, and as another posted said this morning, he listens to NM and not the derampers. I would add I agree with him, but I don't listen to the rampers either.
We will get news releases, and the same people who say that "we will never get funding to build Alpala, as it's a bluff to force a bid", will be the same people who will say, "Ah now we have funding this will force a bid". ( These so called experts are not, and again I don't count you among there number. )
Remember I have been listening to these numpties saying that a bid is coming every week since 2013, these are the clueless, and have no understanding of what investment involves.

Eish, it's simple to explain, either you side with the conspiracy theorists, who will tell you a bid is coming. Or you believe NM and the BOD.
I believe NM and the BOD.
So that means the PFS is delayed for changes in the infrastructure, as explained in the RNS and not anything to do with a bid.
I believe Ingo is putting together the funding to construct Alpala and go to production, while the conspiracy theorists believe it's a bluff to force a bid.
I believe Ingo when he says many parties interested in funding Alpala.
Remember when the Franco Nevada offtake was held up because of Covid. The conspiracy theorists said it was a bluff, and would never happen as it was a tactic for getting a bid.
Take your choice, believe NM and the BOD, and Steve Garwin, and all the experience these guys have, who have brought Solgold this far. Or believe the people on here that say they understand how cooperations think and act, and they know better. For me it's a no brainer.

Morning Copperpot, I think at some point NM, was going to have to strike out on an independent course. This is what I believe is happening. I think we need the need the PFS, to see the figures on the readjustment for the infrastructure changes, and so see the cost of the mine build, balanced against the increased resource statement, with the updated commodity prices. And then we understand if the payback period for construction has changed. If it's positive, then we need the CFP, and a firm date for this. ( I realise I am dreaming on Solgold delivering to a date, but we do need some indication) I don't believe BHP or NCM are in the driving seat, as it all depends, if we can finance the build and at what price. We will wait and see. All the best.

Happy new year to you newtoit and everyone else, eyesblue sums it up, at some point NM had to say no, to BHP and NCM gaining control, while some on here think NM will be rolled over. He just fought his first battle and won.
Now we need the PFS and CFP, we will defend, against everything apart from a fair bid.
Which means we will defend, as no one is going to pay a fair price, as they will go somewhere else and buy a distressed resource on the cheap.
We are making history.

Hi newtoit, I believe we have till 2028 to build it, but once exploitation license is issued, we gain more time, we are well within government time scales.

Not sure what else we require a RNS for, unless it's to say, we are doing what we said we will be doing.

Hi MasterPlan, I think Solgold will reduce the NSR to half, unsure if we will take the extra 50 million.
We may need more to get to DFS, with the mine redesign.
Time will tell, for me the interesting month is end of Feb. Just because, I hope we will have a clearer view of the direction of the company.
