I am amazed at some of the so called experts on this site, as the one thing you require in business is a can do attitude.
Makes me think, they haven't any idea on how this will go to production.
They are so blinkered and believe we must sell it fast, which means sell it cheap, so they can spend the money .

The latest debate with Redknight isn't about if we go to production, and he keeps on going on about production.
It is about the terms that Franco Nevada gave us 100 billion to get us to DFS.
My argument is you don't hand over that amount of money, without understanding the business plan.
So I am saying that talks on a comprehensive scale have taken place between Solgold and FNV, otherwise they wouldn't have given us the finance to get to DFS.
It's no more than that.
Ask yourself a question, would you give someone 100 million dollars, if they didn't have a business plan.

It doesn't matter if it's sold later on down the line, what matters is FNV understands the route to production at the time of the loan. Would you lend that much money, without understanding how production is achieved.
Nobody gives you money, without a business plan, and the plan cannot be, we are bluffing, we are going to sell it.

So we are on the same timescale as Solgold started as Solomon Gold in 2006, so if we are producing in 2031, then we have beaten BHP to becoming a producer.

If you are others are correct, then no one is going to let Solgold have the necessary funding to build Alpala.

Which means that NM and Ingo and the BOD have been very naughty and have lied to us, and I for one have been taken in.

Or we do raise the money, and all the experts on this forum are wrong, and I was right to believe in the expertise of NM, Ingo and the BOD, who I rate higher than anyone on this chatroom.

Of course we do have a problem. Why would Franco Nevada give Solgold all that lovely money, if they were not confident that Alpala would get built.
Surely they wouldn't do that, without understanding Solgolds plan from DFS to construction. ( after all that would be very silly of them, maybe they never asked all the financial expertise on this chatroom and that's their big mistake. )

Good morning Redknight, I have no idea what the CFP will be for Alpala, I do believe it's being prepared, and will be debt with limited dilution if any and possibly some more offtake.
Please could I ask you to post some situations similar to Alpala, as the link you provide, are for small amounts of finance to much smaller resources than Alpala, and so are unrepresentative.
Even some of those are many times over subscribed.
I believe Ingo when he says investors are queuing up to offer us the money. So I believe we will also be over subscribed.
But let's wait and see.

NCM or BHP, will not sell their shares. They have 13% or all Solgold. NCM have publicly said they wish to add. If anything both companies want more.
Plenty of RNS's coming out for the size of the company. Remember we have no revenue yet, nor will have for some years. But when it does appear, it will be considerable. Depending on metal prices at the time. So no need for conspiracy theories, just patience for a few more years.

I think the only question we need ask ourselves is do we need the extra 50 million dollars, to bring Alpala to DFS.
Do we need the money because of the extra costs in mine design, or is that taken care of, with the 100 million budget. If it's taken care of, then we won't take the money, if it's not, then we will take the money. As can only be used for this purpose. BHP or NCM, will not be taken into consideration.
Maybe no RNS, because we haven't taken the money. However let's see if any announcement during this week.

The answer is yes it takes a long time to translate, as first this document is huge, and the design of the mine at HLD and LLD, is going to take time.
I remember NM saying that the PFS will be done in a way, that we could import a lot of the information into the DFS, with less effort.
Let's hope this is the case.

The skills to design and build the mine, are not limited, this is a civil engineering project.
There are lots of civil engineering companies that could undertake this.
Don't be fooled by the people who say that this is not the case, they are sheep repeating each other, in order to support their argument, that Solgold cannot build this and it must be sold.

A little thought experiment:
If it was true that Solgold cannot build this, then the following is true.
First, we will never raise the money, as the people who would finance the building of Alpala, would never lend the money for something Solgold cannot build.

2=) That means NM is lying, and all BHP and others have to do, is wait until Solgold run out of money, and pick us up cheap.

I don't for one minute believe that you believe any of the above, and neither do I.
Let's see if we get the CFP, to build Alpala.
