I don't know the reason Montecristo, I can guess he thought it could be done in that time frame, and for some reason it couldn't.
One point, and this is my thought only. If Jason had not made that statement, I doubt they would have issued that RNS, as I think so many people emailed them at the time ( myself included ) that they needed to make a statement, and it needed to be official, hence a RNS and not in a webinar.

Smickster it's not just the translation, but checking and rechecking from legal and technical points, and then rechecking in conjunction with changes made within the translation.
I have no idea how complex the document is, why don't we wait and see, as opposed to saying they are lying.
These things take time.

Montecristo we must remember what happened , the 2-3 week delay was announced in a webinar on the 1st October 2020 it was never announced in a RNS and was said by Jason Ward, only later was the RNS released explaining why.
The sequence of events is important, and we mustn't let the facts get diluted into conjecture and conspiracies.

Smickster I just said I don't know what happened, but if a company lied on an RNS that BOD would be finished, and no one would trust them unless they were replaced.

smickster as ore bodies are proved up, the dynamics change, I don't know the reason the design changed, don't pretend you do.
The most likely explanation is that a shared resource was cheaper in the long run.
Remember the BOD are building a mining major, not a short term profit for it's investors.

smickster, we know the translation of documents and the delay to the PFS was factual.
How do we know this ? Because RNS's were issued, which means it must be factual and relevant news to be released.
It's a legal requirement, but you know this.

Must admit, I don't understand the lack of patience on this chatroom.
The company has laid out it's position many times, and been consistent.
However because the company has done what it says it will do, people on here complain, that the company hasn't done what they want.

I doubt that newtoit, CCZ haven't even drilled one core, only two RC holes.

Hi RICH3R, they are the ones that say with certainty that we cannot go it alone under any circumstances, they said this would be sold before the PEA, They say this will be sold before the PFS, they have been saying this will be sold for 8 years.
Those are the ones I am on about.
They are also the ones saying it's impossible to raise the finance.
These are the ones that attack me, with no reason apart from I have never run a company, or dealt in cooperate finance. Which is true I haven't.
However that is their argument, they point out, that I haven't run a company, and think that is some sort of argument.
I have been investing 40 years now, and have seen many companies in the Oil and Gas sector borrow money, under all sorts of conditions. Some of the arguments on this forum are crazy, but people believe them.
