Yes the RNS said held up, due to translation.
as you know, I have a technical background.
Translating a large technical document takes an enormous amount of time.
I have seen simple Technical service documents, take 3 months to be translated, only to be withdrawn at a later date, for an inaccuracy.
So a document that must be accurate in the legal sense can take time.
If you are an experienced investor you would know this, and you would know that it is a criminal offense to mislead the market in a RNS.
So all the people that have asserted this on this chatroom, are not the experienced investors they pretend to be.

He should know that a RNS has to stand up to scrutiny, so when they say the PFS is delayed for changes in the mine design.
It means it is exactly that, as to lie on an RNS is a serious infringement.

I think NM now has 3 years to change things.
A lot can happen in that time.
I think we will continue to prove up other sites, but at the moment Alpala is the value in the company, and we need to advance this prospect.
I think the PFS will be late, but unsure if this is linked to the outcome of funding for Alpala, as Ingo has said on more than one occasion, that he is putting the funding package together.
I believe if successful ( as I believe he will be ) the shape of funding will give us a clear path to production.
If we cannot put together the funding, it makes the companies position more uncertain.
But that is investing, nothing is a sure bet, we all use our judgement.

I don't think it will be NCM or BHP.
One of two things happen, they get diluted heavily and we acquire them, or someone buys them, who will not support NCM or BHP, as they will have their own agenda. So the book remains diverse, and the only way someone gets Solgold is via a hostile bid, which I think is unlikely.

The fact no bid has been tabled, tells us all something. That is they don't want to pay anything like fair value. So the situation is the same, how is Alpala constructed and brought to production. If Ingo can put together a CFP on the back of an increased PFS, then we don't require any other party. So if NM wants to include BHP and NCM, it will be on Solgolds terms. If they don't like it, they can go hostile. Which they won't do, because that's not the plan to pay full value. They may have to be satisfied with their current holdings. However if they want to bid for offtake, then that gives them copper and gold, with zero production costs. This is what I believe is going to be the basis for discussion.

No volume today, so even a bad day tomorrow may lift us.

I think you would agree that the risks on page 53-58 are mostly political.
The engineering tasks, we are ticking off as we go along.
While I agree that these risks exist, I am personally happy with the government position and future governments.
On Oyu Tolgoi, I see that as worst case scenario, so comfortable with the risks.
My main point is, it doesn't matter who builds it, the risks are the same. as we will have people in charge who are experts in their field.
Also we have such a short payback period, this is going to be the best block cave operation up till now, because we will learn from mistakes from all other block cave builds, as engineering expertise moves about, and they bring solutions with them.

ToS1963, there is risk in everything, but this is minimal.
To start with many people quote NCM as block cave specialists.
The specialists are the civil engineering companies that built a block cave mine for NCM.
Yes I agree things will go wrong, but that is why we have technical engineering specialist teams on the ground, and things are signed off and tested as we proceed.
Let me list some large civil engineering projects.

The great wall of China
The Hadron Collider at Cern
Eurotunnel
The datacenter at Langley for the CIA
CGHQ's datacenter.
NASA
NOAA ( that's really big, makes Eurotunnel look small and easy to build )
The Oceanic center at Southampton mapping the Ocean floors.
The mapping of the universe.
The institutions all over the world that build simulators for Nuclear weapons.

These are just a few, my point is we hire the best, as we can afford the best, as we will be financed.

Go on tell me the risks of a modern day civil engineering companies, that have built block cave mines, and have procedures, that have technical updates, on continuous improvements, that operate best practice, and will sign contracts with penalty clauses and assume the risk.
Go on please outline the risks and educate NM, the BOD and the civil engineers that undertake the task.
