Solgold is not linked to the price of gold or indeed anything else.
How could it be, with trading so low.
Solgold is driven by market activity. It's trading volumes are so low, that a price cannot stabilise.
Because so many holding, then small volumes can affect the price disproportionately.
So if we get a good PFS, we could see a fair rise until people feel like taking profit, and depending on how many do this, will set another level. Of course a not so good PFS would see some downward movement.
Nothing to do with the gold price. We are where we are because of volume.
The question for me is.
How much of the PFS is already priced in?

That's correct Pinot, if you click on the presentation it says 12 hours and 50 minutes till it starts, so 21.45 today.

Medar I believe when you are given a concession you have time frames to bring it to fruition or hand it back.
For example this is done by various licenses . So we get an exploration license and during that period of time we need to acquire other licenses, like water ground base pollution and when they want to build, they apply for an exploitation license, which gives them so long to build it.
However with covid we have been held up, we could yet see Solgold handing back more licenses.

I seem to have become more aggressive over the years in this chatroom.
If you met me, I am a calm individual who thinks things out in detail.

As to how we fund the future of Alpala.
Well none of us know.
But it's in hand according to Ingo, and after the PFS, I think we will have a clearer picture.

But I must disagree that they don't have any option than to say we are going to production.
Solgold have said that we are going to production on Alpala, but have also said they want to JV on 10 properties ( 20 tenements ).
If they wanted to JV or sell Alpala we would have heard about it by now.
Solgold are ready to declare if they want to JV or sell, as they have announced this on the 10 properties.

So when they say we can fund and build Alpala, they mean it, and are progressing towards a working mine.

Agreed Bozi, people just look at Solgold and can't understand why they don't give them what they want.
IE: a quick profit.
But if you owned any other company, would the board be constantly saying how can we sell up.

Solgold is a company like any other and it's directors give it direction, and that is to take Alpala to production.

Maybe DBW but that is not what Solgold is saying, they have been clear on taking Alpala to production and not relinquishing their key properties.
The JV's are interesting and looking forward to news on those nearly as much as looking forward to the PFS.

However Redknight continues to change his position and gets closer to mine day by day.
Soon Redknight will be saying I always said we would be going to production and Quady never said that we will be going to production.

Spot on Durham, Solgold believes we can finance this and also believes we can build this.
Add in all the activity around Properties that are not up for sale, and we are drilling, and those that we are going to JV, and not hard to see how we can finance Alpala, with the promise of a PFS that will bring Alpala to production cheaper and quicker.

So far it's you that has shown everyone you don't understand what the bid process entails.
There are very good reasons we haven't got a bid for Solgold up to now , and also after the PFS.
But you don't even understand the basics of how such a bid would be launched with such a diverse book and the defense that can be employed.
Why do you think no one has bid so far, and how do you get over these barriers.

My point is MD&A's are quarterly not annually. And will be quarterly as we go forward.

He has a history of misrepresentation. He for ages said first production at Alpala was 2029, he has now changed it to first block cave, which is also inaccurate, but you can't argue with him. But PFS will put that right.

Yet again he doesn't understand what he reads or gets an answer to a question he doesn't understand.
We get it rolled up annually, but we also get quarterly MD&A's which are published in Canada.

It's not last year it's the 14th May this year and is the quarterly MD&A which is filed in Canada.
