EG: If I said the universe was created by a big pink and stripy Elephant called Nellie who was invisible.
You would say prove it.
If I turned around and said prove I am wrong, you can't.
That's my point you can never disprove anything.

So when you say, tell me why would BHP not be happy with 14%. It's a non question.
As they have 14%, you have to prove that they want to buy Solgold as a whole and present your evidence.

I have always understood like you, rcgl2, Mathersfinger , DartFrog and many other quality contributors what the situation is ( although we don't all agree ) why we don't have a bid so far, things need to change.

I would also say No bid after PFS, or when the CFP is agreed.

The link that BHP won't pay over the odds was posted by Bozi today, however BHP have been consistent about overpaying for assets during the years I have been here. ( they won't do it )
It will need to be near to NPV, because NM, CGP, NCM and others will not sell cheap. ( why would they )

I have been clear and consistent, and explained fully why we have no bid.

All but a hostile bid fails, however a hostile bid only works if people sell their shares, so they need to bid near full price based on NPV or bid a premium.
Since BHP will not do that, that also fails.
That is why we have no bid up till now, and unless share holdings change, we still won't get a bid.

Sorry the only confusion is with you addicknt. You have stated BHP will take us out, if a deal cannot be agreed, and BHP have said the opposite.

We will not get a bid, because only a hostile bid can succeed in Solgolds case and that means fair value, which is based on a percentage of NPV at this stage.
BHP will not overpay.

This has been obvious for a long time, for those who don't understand the diverse book argument, now is the time to read up on the subject.

Solgold can defend all but a hostile bid, with a takeout bid above £2, who knows how much that will increase to after the PFS.

Anyone who wants fair value, has to wait, as only production gives us that.

Your correct trading behaviour and certain tools looking at ETF's and CFD's, along with short positions which you can easily see on the companies shorted website.
I have been on the Solgold website since 2012 and invested in 2013. I check out now and again, if this share is being manipulated. I have never seen any evidence. But if anybody would like to prove me wrong, please tell me what tools you are using and present the proof. I am sure we have experienced people on here that understand these things cast an eye over proceedings.

All options means all options. Including financing, JV's, bonds, loans and limited issue of shares. It's not about selling Alpala.
That is Solgolds core strategy, to bring Alpala to production. So when we say looking at all options, it's looking at all options to enable our core strategy. On CGP, I believe they are happy either because they can monetise Their 15% of ENSA, or because they see Solgolds strategy as increasing the price of the shares held.
Why on earth would anyone want to sell their share of Alpala.

Well that means that rumour is over.
Of course nobody is manipulating Solgold, and guess what if the daily trading volume was twenty times more, then they still wouldn't be.

Montecristo, Blackrock are not doing anything. This just looks like trading in nominee accounts, so reporting levels get breached in one way or another. Nobody is manipulating Solgolds share price. If you don't believe me just look at the daily volume traded, and then you will understand.

Sorry RK, I would like to apologise for my apology. MD&A, is every three months, and last one was 14th May. In the RNS tab it says quarterly MD&A.
