Correct BNC , MD&A is now quarterly and filed in Canada.
I have pointed this out to Redknight before, and got the usual abuse that I didn't know what I was talking about and that he was a lofty person who deserved respect for being constantly wrong.
And yes we are overdue as we should have had one end of August, which I posted about a short while ago.

Sorry OreInspiring, that is only partially true. Green hydrogen doesn't require carbon capture.
it's not that simple as Blue hydrogen I feel will be the best choice for the moment, but this is an incredibly fast changing industry.

Someone tell Redknight that he needs to understand the hydrogen market to understand what to invest in.
Does he mean

Green hydrogen, Blue hydrogen, Grey hydrogen, Yellow hydrogen, Pink hydrogen, Turquoise hydrogen, White hydrogen.
Don't bother with Black or Brown hydrogen.

My Hydrogen play is BP, as lot's of players who are smaller are going to fail, when competing on costs, because the start up costs vary on the type of hydrogen method employed.

Rcgl2, the guy who wrote this book has shares in two of the parties that played out in this scenario. It's not coming from neutral position.
It's nothing like the Solgold situation, and the fact BBG has recommended it, should tell you all you need to know.
I am not getting pulled into a discussion on this book, as I certainly don't want to fuel another conspiracy theory.

Agreed LunchMoney, some on here just perpetually offer up conspiracy theories.
We have not seen any share price option that isn't explained by the low volume. We know that no CFD's are taken up, because we could see this. We know no shorting is taking place, as again this is able to be seen by various tools. And we know that these so called blockers that are under 2 million shares, would be taken out quickly if we even had volume that reasonable.

Novice that's silly, we have drilled 90 metres with no assay results, the upwards motion has nothing to do with this RNS.
Probably more to do with people not wanting to be caught out by the PFS getting nearer. And lots of other news we know is on the way.
We know this, so what insider trading are you on about.

But I am trying to find out the NPV of Noront at the moment compared to a market cap of 350 million Canadian dollars.
Having trouble doing so.

Something I confess I haven't done, is work out fair value for Noront resources, and then what is being bid.
It may be a very low ball offer and so BHP can come back with another bid which is still low ball. ( hence their statement that they won't overpay )
If this is the case, then the Solgold argument is different.

So if anyone knows about Noront and has a reasonable idea of value, please could they share so we understand what we are looking at.

Boy this person is completely deluded, and I am beginning to think is a child with nothing better to do.

Addicknt entirely different situation. BHP has bid first and been challenged, they have not overpaid . Also with NCM and greatland, deal done before feasibility study. BHP will not bid for Solgold as they will not overpay. However let's see what happens on the ten sites that we are going to JV over. BHP may be involved at some level, and maybe NCM.

You have even stopped saying first production in 2029.
Problem is you have don't know anything about markets, shares, options, CFD's, or anything to do with the stock market.

I agree a low ball offer would be kicked into the grass as other main shareholders would have to approve.
Unsure how the price would be agreed if true. My main concern is I believe Tandy is part of Cascabel, and if that's the case how do you value Tandy, as well as valuing Alpala.

Interesting BNC it would explain why CGP are happy, as to sell Cascabel means selling ENSA and they need Cornerstones agreement.
Which is true means a nice divi and Solgold continues in it's own right.
However it doesn't take into account the PFS as he says after summer.
