I have reread my post and it wasn't patronising, I was being factual and I have no idea who has worked for who. Remember BHP never took a seat and also they tried to acquire a larger share of Solgold.
They could have increased their bid then, but they backed out.

BBG why on earth would anyone start an initial bid just so the price can be hiked. Be sensible.
We would have had a bid by now.

I see BBG you are agreeing with me, I am saying no bid at the moment because of the diverse book, you seem to also think no bid at the moment hence your figure of 15 months.
Make your mind up is a bid imminent or not.
I say it's not and so do you.
A lot can change over 15 months.

The problem is we have a value of 3.3 billion pounds on the PEA , that is going to increase on the PFS .
So full value on PEA is £1.50 a share, the PFS could be over £2 a share maybe £3.
That is without any other properties. ( the MRE's will add to the NPV )
So ask yourself will BHP pay that kind of money when we are just over 30 pence at the moment.

Sharketmare I expect others like me on here have worked for big companies, and they don't think like that.
They take a lot of time to make decisions sometimes years.
But they have to answer to shareholders and they won't overpay.
Which is why I prefer the production route as if we are bid for, and we are short of money at the time, we will only get about a pound a share.
We can defend as we have already proved, remember BHP wanted a large share of Solgold and we said no.
The problem for BHP is the diverse book, they need to offer a price that all the invested parties will go for, that includes NM and his interests.
That means paying over the odds.
BHP will do deals for tenements, but they won't buy us for the reasons stated.
We are not the only copper play in the world, they will go after quality projects owned by companies that need the money.

Good morning Novice, I don't believe this is anything to do with leaky news.
This is because of the trading pattern that happened on Monday.
This will top out, but who knows when.
It won't run away, as eventually people will profit take.

I don't usually comment on individual trades but yesterday's 700k trade was interesting, I believed it would be taken out as the proportion of traded shares had been rising on the buy side.
However to be taken out on an automatic trade was curious. As DBW commented, they may have meant to take the block down, but the A trade prevented this. Be interesting to see how this corresponds to the next few days closing price. As the shares are largely held by people not selling, and so this will mean limited numbers to trade ( the diverse book argument, that so few on here understand).
I am guessing the traders amongst us, have already filled their positions, but those that have not, will be put off by the current activity.
I think we have an interesting few days ahead.

Hi Miketrix is that 80% weighting on the NPV of Alpala, as have not listened yet, plan to listen tomorrow.
If so then the PFS will be even more interesting.

It is a bit strange that the 700K trade was set up as an automatic trade when on the rise. you would have thought it would have executed earlier.
I can only think it was set up when the volume was there, instead of executing smaller trades.
Bit strange, not the way I would have done it.

Zoros please explain broker notes and what they are for and how they are developed. Don't expect a quick answer, as you have some googling to do. But what find may surprise you.

BBG you know my average is 4.6 pence, it's not going to change as I don't trade this share.

Don't worry it's a brokers note, knowledgeable investors take these with a pinch of salt.
Just look at broker notes for the last 9 years on Solgold.
Not one of them has been correct.

What do you think engineering is BBG if course engineering is design of the HLD and the LDD.
You don't have a clue what the PFS, DFS and BFS is.
