1= Saying I was wrong and that Solgold had received a bid, he made the same mistake as BBG, also awaiting for apoligy from him as well.

2=) For all the insults saying no way could Alpala be developed by Solgold alone, as the finance could not be raised, with loads of insults thrown in. He seems to have changed his position after talking to the company.

3=) Not understanding how Solgold could raise money, as he was shocked by the cashbox offer.

4=) Saying I had no idea on Finance, when I have worked in Finance in my early life, and have invested for over 40 years now.

BBG what is wrong with you, please print where the article says a bid was launched for Solgold. You have just read the headline haven't you.

BBG the arrogance, you have not apologised for being wrong on BHP bidding for Solgold , and now you go on about supply and demand. You are an amateur in the extreme.
Of course things will change with the PFS. But the holdings are stable at the moment.
I doubt you understand what that means, so suggest you do some reading from your boys book of investing, as this stuff is pretty basic.

Good grief BBG read it. It was not a bid for Solgold, you have Zoros disease, you are unable to read and understand. This was not a bid for Solgold, it was to increase its equity for development costs. Which were a joke. And this was firmly kicked into the long grass.

Solgolds NPV already takes into account ENSA's 85% share, no adjustment required.

Thank you Snowman, may I add we have 3.3 billion pounds NPV at the PEA stage. So suspect we will get a decent uplift. Plus a reduced timeframe and reduced costs to bring Alpala to production.
Many will calculate 40% of NPV at PFS stage. Well good luck with that.
You are of course correct. We will never get 100% or full value with a bid, but I am happy with the 70% figure.
But these are just a few of the reasons we haven't had a bid. The likes of NCM, NM and various holdings linked to him and other interested parties, would all need to sell out to BHP on the cheap. Why would they do that?

Colonel they have nothing in common. Solgold has a diverse book, Noront don't.
Solgold are about to announce a PFS for a world class copper deposit, Noront are not. I could go on. Yes Noront is an exploration company, but there are many others. BBG only picked Noront as it's being bid for. That's why I made the Morrisons comparison.

BHP have never bid for Solgold. Let's be factual.
It doesn't matter who has the money, the fact is we can defend, as we have seen. These scenarios you outline are only in your head. People said we will never get to PEA without being taken over, the same for the end of standstill, and now the PFS.

Question: What does Noront and Morrisons have in common.
Answer: They both have bids.

Question: What does Noront have in common with Solgold.
Answer: Nothing one is being bid for the other isn't, also we have been saying that a bid for Solgold is imminent for 9 years. Noront hasn't.
Does Noront have a diverse book, of course not. Are the resources comparible. I will let you decide that for yourselves. But here is a clue. They are not.

Nothing really said, they said PFS still on target and MRE's for other properties on the way.

We may well get a bidding war Covgaz but the reason we haven't got one so far, is no one is willing to launch a bid with such a diverse book.
So if anyone launches a low bid, there will be no bidding war as it will be just rejected, you won't even have to put it to shareholders.
Remember BHP tried to acquire a large share of Solgold, it wasn't even put to shareholders, just rejected.
However a high may well start a bidding war, but I feel we will only get that if there is a chance it would be successful and that means some consolidation of the book before .

How do you know that BBG did you ask BHP.
Let's say your right, in that case they won't make a bid until Alpala is in full production, as it also de-risks the build and if Solgold make a mistake they pick it up cheaper.
You are arguing against your own position.

Agreed Covgaz and that's the problem. BHP may have a figure in mind, but the cost is a moving target.
