RE: BHP/Lund paid £9.65/t for Filos 259mt = 173p for Solg's 539mt4 Dec 2024 10:34
Good morning eloro.
The company's stated position is to maximise returns to shareholders.
Since 2015 this statement has never been revoked.
However along with that, we were told if we could achieve fair value, then we would consider a bid.
This never happened, but lately this has added that we are licensing and permitting to a turn key project.
The civil engineering operation we currently have in place, will give us that.
As it's their plan, it would make sense that they build it.
Turn key means that a project is executed with the relevant project management and expertise and costs.
We have raised 40% of the money and are looking to raise the rest.
However should a fair bid be put in we would consider it.
It hasn't, so once everything is in place, then we proceed with the build.
This has constantly been communicated, however people on here ignore most of what's been said and have this dream that everyone is about to buy us.
We have even been told we have nobody bidding for us.
But people on here, don't listen to what's been said by the company.
That's my take on things.
