I don't believe you have had held shares where takeovers happen.

I have.

When you say you cannot expect miners to buy mines that don't have all the licenses and permits in place.

I promise you that's not the case.

But that's what the majority of people including yourself have been saying.

You have also insulted and ridiculed me, for being truthful and accurate.

We will not get bids for Solgold because of the diverse book.

In order to bid for Solgold, nobody is going to pay what it's worth, and want it cheap.

Because of the diverse book, Solgold can defend against low bids.

Now if we listen to the company they do have a plan, and we are raising the funds to construct Cascabel, we have a civil engineering company with the skills to plan and construct Cascabel doing our latest PFS.

However when the licencing and permitting is completed and depending on how we raise the rest of the finance to build Cascabel, then we should see a gradual increase in the sha to price as Cascabel starts the construction stage.

If the finance is non diluting.

Believe it or not BHP and Newmont are now defending the Solgold share price and stopping a takeover.

I doubt they would sell at any price as ten percent of Solgold in production is a good asset.

They would add more if they could, but can't do so in the open market as this would lead to a marked increase in the share price as so many of us just holding.

BHP I believe would be in Cascabel when up and running.

The second biggest gas supplier in China and massive LNG shipper, plus owned ports and was not a diverse book.

It was acquired by two Chinese families who continued to own the board and kept issuing shares until they had enough for a compulsory purchase.

It had a nav of just over 15 billion pounds.

But a market capital of 300 million.

Trust me I know what I am talking about.

Don't get me wrong Covgaz I thought we would have started construction two years ago.

However I suspect COVID held things up more than people thought.

However we should complete licensing and permits this year.

At that point we either construct or sell.

The problem is nobody will bid because the book is too diverse and so no one is willing to pay a premium.

So these are some of the reasons I believe that we need to build.

Dilution would mean a massive amount of new shares issued, as we wouldn't have any money.

BHP would then keep us in a tight price range for a year, when they can buy at the highest price achieved during that year.
