However I didn't look up the definition.

I looked up turn key projects.

The owner of the company.

Outsources the entire project.

That is getting the permissions, designing and developing the project and handing it back as a completed project.

All we require is someone on our side to manage the contract.

We also require the finance, which is what is happening.

Why on earth would we raise the finance if we were looking for a buyer.

You would never raise finance as a bluff.

No one would advance the money on those terms.

Addicknt I read up on the subject as I was curious about it's exact meaning.

It clearly says that the owner's contract the company that does the complete planing acquisition of permissions, and then constructs the project and hands it back to the owner.

Hence not requiring Solgold to have the expertise.

I have said this is a possible solution for ages now, and we have hired the civil engineering expertise to start this process.

Thank you Pbow, to be fair, I wasn't sure, so I read a few articles and put it together, and tried to make sure the understanding wasn't lost.

My point is we have hired a civil engineering company to complete licensing, permits and design.

And turn key refers to the contractor being responsible for this and the build.

Add to that, that we have arranged a sizeable chunk to take this to production.

As I have maintained, that the most likely outcome is we become a producer.

Of course if it's sold, no one is getting it cheap.

Which may mean we have no choice, but to bring Cascabel to fruition.

EV sales have not stagnated they have risen every year and are still rising.

Many of the coal plants they have built stand idle and will never be used.

More solar is installed in the UK every year.
