I watched the first 45 minutes of that depressing 'engagement' and then had my day job to attend to. All I can say is that i feel truly sorry for the Irish citizens. They're in for a tough winter ahead. Public sentiment can change in a heart beat for politicians. Mag mell and the like can quite easily be back on the agenda in no time. Sadly, though it'll be too late for this winter I guess. Back to the main prize in Morocco for me.....

People stressing either lack conviction or invested too much in the first place or both. They should either revisit their analysis or, painful as it may be, reduce their stake or cut their losses. God knows, I've been there a few times over the years!

I finished building my position over a year ago and resisted topping up before the last rise for the very reason that I wanted to sleep at night.

Everything stacks up for me right now. Patience is all that is required. If the worst happens and the JV falls through, then I will consider increasing my position.

It's a tiddler, so always comes with risk to my mind. But boy its exciting too. Good luck whatever people decide to do.

Afternoon all. Just a point of accuracy. 550m SEK equates to around 85m AUD, not 7m as stated by several people here today. I'm still holding and waiting patiently for some fireworks later this year hopefully. GLA

Predicting the SP here is a nigh on impossible. My experience being here since oct 2013 testifies to the painful journey I and many others have been on. Logic dictates that this should fly next year, but how many times have we been here before? Lol tbh I'm torn between Baxter's pragmatism and see rockets optimism. But I've always been an under promise and over deliver kind a guy, so I'll settle for steady progress in 2022 but unforeseen delays out of see's control in auto, fleet or aviation will no doubt surprise to the downside when we least want them. My gut reckons we'll finish about 17.8p with a spike mid 20s, say 25p. If takeover bids materialise things could go up to 40/50p+. But WTFDIK, I dug out my old notes from dec 2020 and reckoned we'd finish this year at 8.8p. I soooooo want to be wrong and see this fly though. GLA

Thanks Terry. You and brockowl are on the money for me. Put yourself in seye shoes. You've lost your technical edge to see. Quickest way to overcome it is to poach their best guys. If the stakes are high, then silly money could get offered. This move should make it a tougher choice for people to jump.

The other point to consider is that say the sp only moved up 20% in 3 years time. The inducement to stay is effectively nullified. I just can't see this being the goal. ATB

Hi everyone. Long time lurker but 1st time poster so please be gentle with me. I must say this thread has generated some diverse deeply held beliefs as to what incentivises employees to give their best. FWIW im with mr bb on this. This effectively locks in good employees for 3 years at a key juncture in the company's development. I know that if I was offered an opportunity to buy £30 to 50ks worth of shares for £10k in 3yrs time, I would think twice about moving company. Merry xmas.
