Probably reinforces what I said a few days ago.

It'll be interesting to see how 'tinpot' Jason Parker deals with whatever is disclosed on Companies House re reasons fpr Crowe's resignation.

(ie section 519 statement)

But there is still no SH01 statement of any new shares issued since Feb - as there would have been if the April 30th fund raise had gone through.

ie QDE is having to suspend any business needing dosh.

First Mover ?

I'd be interested to know where Maidit gets the idea QDE is a 'first mover' in either peak power or data centre power.

I've known the energy sector for more than 20 years, and peak power generators for more than 10. There are over 650 individual peaker plants in the UK, most of them over 5 years old and the rest approaching ten. Ditto I know all the energy investment trusts who fund them or own many of them and almost certainly will be entering any market to power AI data centres. They have plenty of investors who will put up the dosh if thought to be profitable enough.

But I'm not aware QDE or Mast owns more then one or two, and then only one generating during the last year. And even those were 'bought' off the back of a lorry for what PK thought were 'bargain' prices but where, at least for Bordersley and Pyebridge - PK has had to spend additional fortunes (written off in the accounts) to get them actually running - and even then they are both still in hock to outside lenders.

(But Oh ! - I forgot. PK says he is a 'first mover' !) (Maybe he was referring to something else 'moving)

What I imagine PK has meant to say (in his usual shy, and probably reticent and slightly forgetful way) is that Mast is the only one 'listed' (forgetting that the other one listed was Plutus Powergen who went bust in 2021 - for the same reason QDE will eventually go (and is already going) bust - which is that peaker plants in the UK are not profitable enough both to afford the cost of the borrowing PK has to use, and the cost of a stockmarket listing. And even some very big groups have stated they might exit due to the erratic nature of the peaker market)

No others need a stockmarket listing to get in the funds they need to invest . In reality QDE is a tiny tail-end-Charlie, having to grovel (sorry boast and promise) to naive investors who know nothing about the industry, to get his.

Still. No doubt Maidit has his reasons for not bothering to look up the public facts.

Or maybe he is just gibbering away and parroting someone's fantasies.

Who knows.

And Maidit thinks Softbank will overlook over 100 other experienced, much larger, and financially healthy generating companies - and choose Krugel's Del Boy outfit.

Who are the morons who 'recommend' a moron ?

Kindly do some research Mr Zen. Read back on here. You will see a few - who have done theirs - have been stating (even from its listing) that this co's business does not add up. There is no possible scenario when such observers would waste a penny on this co and its CEO. They have been correct to avoid it all the way down from its listing at an adjusted share price over 600 times when suspended.

What's a 'bargain' about a co (QDE) built of SPV's which won't earn enough to deliver any income to speak of to it Mr Zen ? Do tell us.

QDE is where you're invested (if you're fool enough to be). You're not invested in the SPV's that earn the revenue. But, then, you haven't grasped that basic point. (Admittedly because PK has tried to obscure it)

But, then, as for his and JP's CV's, you have to be able to read between the lines and check out the reality

Zen's usual ignorant delusional drivel. Unable to see any reality. Buried Treasure has described it. Even Jason Parker explains his 'network isn't an integrated company all working together. Its merely a marketing front for lots of tiny ones - perhaps one-man-bands as JP seems to be. Its all PK seems to have attracted out of the many more established and genuinely integrated who could audit a co like QDE. And of course Zen is also taken in by PK's self-description on QDE's website where not a single one of his claims stands up to professional scrutiny.

Enough has been said by buried treasure to answer the usual morons. Jason Parker has a glossy looking CV. (As glossy as PK's own) but very few clients. The only 'energy' company he claims is - wait for it - QDE ! So he'll have some learning to do.

If only just signed, for confidentiality he won't yet have been shown the full can of worms worrying Crowe. Just as the market, and the regulators, still haven't been shown it otherwise it would have ben published. Crowe are at fault for not having done so. Or there is some other reason than 'risk'.

As for the April 30th fund raise - Acc to Companies House where there's no statement of any new shares issued, it hasn't happened. Not surprising if you had signed up a week before when PK must have known a disagreement with Crowe was ongoing.

As ever, the moron lemmings are jumping a very big gun. The big fat lady is still to sing.

I've been researching small caps for 25 years. And tracking the psychology of those attracted to them. I've seen quite a few like Maidit and Kammi. Unable to resist duds. Before Maidit 'discovered' Mast all the 5 odd shares he'd been gibbering about had been tanking. I see the same with Kammi. He was posting on outfits like SYME, and ICON, and ORCOP. Apart from ORCP which hasn't moved in years SYME and ICON have tanked. Down around the 80%'s or so.

It must be a sad existence. All they can do is insult those calling them out. The fool even thinks we shouldn't post because we're not invested. He can't understand why we're not invested and why our posts why not are useful. But, then, as for Maidit, an ability to reason is absent.

Monty. To know that means, of course, investors have to understand basic company finances and maths. People like PK assume the mugs they bamboozle with airy fairy stories can't do the sums. (Although I think sometimes that even PK (and his mentor Louise Coetzee) can't do them either). But I prefer to think they rely on plenty of mugs like all those we've seen on here (and on many other AIM companies).

Well I suppose we'd better factor in a direct asteroid hit as well.

You have t o realise that, to keep what show he can on the road - ie any current business - PK has to put a brave face on it. Hence 'reassuring' promise re new auditor. He can't raise new money, or enter into any new business relationship. Even the £500,000 he is said to have been raising on the day of suspension looks in doubt. A month later there's still no SH01 on Companies House listing any new related shares. As for the other £500,000, that's conditional on relisting by mid-July. -some hope.

It means he's running out of cash. And if he breaches banking covenants, all his other deals could be rescinded.

That's separate from another little matter of misleading statements on QDE's website that are criminal offences. 1) QDE is NOT 'revenue earning'. Pyebridge might be. But it's a separate ring-fenced Special Purpose Vehicle which can't pass any cash to QDE unless there's enough to repay its debts and after an audit - which will also be in abeyance. 2) QDE is NOT on the Main Market as implied. It is on a 'segment' reserved for co's that were on the unregulated Standard Market and pending permission to move to the Main - AFTER disclosing everything needed and which wasn't needed for the Standard Market. In its present state, QDE wouldn't pass muster. The bald statement is therefore extremely misleading.

Still no section 519 statement 2 weeks after the2 week deadline. Indicates something extra serious behind the scenes. Any new auditor, even if willing to take on the obvious risk, would have to completely re-do the audit and, being new, would take even more time. Expecting relisting any time soon is for the birds - and Maidit.

Kefi's share price does not 'mimic the thought process of the holders'.

It mimics the thought process of those pondering whether to buy or sell. 'Holders' have no effect whatsoever on the price.

You can't blame Glass for thinking QDE is on AIM. PK himself (muttering, so not heard clearly, on the recent Vox Market puff) ) said "We're on the (mutter mutter) Main Market"

What he was trying to say, of course, naturally as an honourable person, was "We're on the Equity Shares Transition segment of the Main Market, which for the information of you little saps, is for companies kicked off the almost unregulated and discredited 'Standard' category."
